    Well since she resigned I guess that means the secret service is all fixed now.

    Firing and cancel culture is the simpletons answer for difficult issues.

    Im not saying that perhaps she needed to go. I personally think that the SS should have had a fairly full investigation/report on the matter complete or mostly so long ago. But always looking to assign blame without really fixing the issue is just dumb. And you wonder why people aren’t forthcoming in investigations, etc? This is why. It’s not an effective way to run an incident investigation at all. And it shows

    Agreed...it's a cultural problems and removing the "bad eggs" does not fix a culture. It just makes people complacent for a while. Sometimes the bad eggs need to be removed but while it's easy, it's not a fix.

    They will fix the issue for sure.  She isn't going to be the one doing it though.  It's a bad look on the SS and the next person, hopefully they are qualified and not just checking boxes, will have some restoring of the country's faith in them to protect our leaders.
