    Pre-orders should include a digital copy of the entire album if they can't get physical copies to people on time.

    If you're talking about the artist who wants us to "shake it off", My signed copy of the album shipped a couple days ago. BTW, a SIGNED copy that I bought about a week ago from her store, and it cost me only $50. Just baffled as to why one of my other Dark Matter variants has already shipped and the 10c is just sitting there. Oh well...

    I have the order number from when I purchased Dark Matter on 2/29, nothing in my order history, and no response to my emails from the Tenclub  :(

    Yes, and weird. I ordered one of the variants back at the beginning of March. Ships today. Ordering through artists' websites always feels like a crap-shoot; I don't think it's limited to PJ/10C.

    Agreed, but I pre-ordered on iTunes, knowing this wasn't the case.

    Label printed, arriving Monday the 22nd. What a fucking joke. I want to support 10c and order through them but this is wrong. Paying a premium and not getting it for release day is just plain shitty.

    Ooof. I think a number of people are in this same boat and one of them said 10C told them they completed their order as a "guest" and that is why it was not in their order history.

    i was talking with a few record store owners, and they were worried they were not going to get their RSD and regular DM stock in time for either tomorrows debut or RSD.

    The delivery for the CD I ordered from Amazon is delayed until the 22nd, which is surprising. Hopefully the target near me has them in store, and I'll just go grab it in the morning and cancel the Amazon order.

    Because it's easier? If you're shipping hundreds of items to a store, you expect them to take stock and hold them in the back room until release day. You're not trying to time the bulk shipment to arrive there on the day. Albums going to individual fans, though, they try to time it so that it doesn't get there early, and the postal service is not great about tracking/predicting shipments. If you want it day-of, pre-order through a local store for pick-up.

    Free digital download would be nice, as I will be ripping my CD pretty much as soon as it gets here to put on my car USB drive.

    Disorganization and/or incompetence are always much more likely explanations than conspiracy. It is also possible that the shipments were delayed because of things out of the Ten Club's control, whether it be distributor delays or shipper issues. It's not a racket.

    I am in the same boat as you, but when I inquired about this, I was told that I had apparently checked out as a guest so my order didn't synch to my order history. That's probably your explanation, too.

    EDIT: I see that my press agent, SpankyMP, has already relayed this info. I have to remember this when it comes time for their year-end bonus.

    I am kind of conflicted about this, in the past from VS to Gigatron, I have always gotten it on CD the day it drops and gotten most on Album if I like it, this one I made the decsion of listening to it on Vinyl before CD. Now i have to wait 3 days for Vinyl, which I'm not going to lose any sleep over. It is what it is, I am now thinking about going Tomorrow and picking up the CD, I'm sure it will be on sale at Target. I know I can download it on I tunes, but I like to have a physical copy of anything i download. In hind sight, i should of not ordered it from 10C, Im sure i could of picked it up on vinyl tomorrow.

    Same happened to me but that's BS I've ordered 100s of items. Was 100% logged in.

    Now I'm downloading the leak from eddit ray, wtg 10club.

    if its something out of their control why haven't they said so ??? no email no posts explaining this  just crickets from mgmt.  and isn't it the purpose of any business ( racket )to generate more sales
