Darkside NY variant arrived today, I always like to support 10c, but this has to improve. What’s the big deal if we would have gotten these a day or two prior? Rather than what happened here?
No excuses. If they can get it to retailers by release date then 10c can make sure to get it to customers by release date. Period.
Shipping in bulk so that a retailer can set up displays and sell the item on release day is different than sending single copies to individual customers. They're not tying to time the retailer shipments to arrive the morning of the 19th.
Don’t care. No excuses for not having it in fan club members hands by release date.
Ten Club should just hire couriers to hand-delivery the album to each and every member on release day.
Of course, people would still complain about what time the courier showed up.
They need to switch to FedEx. Every time I ordered a Taylor Swift record it would ship way late after the release date. This year it came on the release date because they used fedex instead of UPS.
Weird. I pre-ordered TTPD, and it is coming via UPS Mail Innovations (and still doesn't have an estimated delivery date). I've also had bad experiences with FedEx over the past few years, to the point that when I get the "package scheduled for delivery tomorrow" email, I expect it the day after that, at the earliest (unless it's a Chewy package - then it arrives early).
I've had much better luck with UPS direct; not necessarily always the fastest, but they tend to hit their estimate. Mail Innovations and any other service where one carrier ships it most of the way and then transfers to USPS for the last leg is almost always delayed.

Fedex is the worst. They stole 5 pair of sneakers from me in 18 months. Products go into the main Memphis hub and are never seen again.
Finally updates to my order! Says it arrived in Ohio early afternoon, then into Michigan later in the afternoon. So it’s now in-state, estimated delivery of Wednesday, but of course hoping for tomorrow.
Has anybody in Europe, who pre-ordered the 10C vinyl variant, had any news about the shipping? Mine still says "order information received" since the 3rd of April
Tuesday night here in NZ and I have a notification it's out for delivery but I'd say it'll be with the driver and will arrive tomorrow.
International orders should ship a week in advance. In this age of leaks and streams fuck the need to hold shit back for release date. The only reason I order the CDs from the Ten Club is the hardcover editions. I love my copies of Avocado and Backspacer particularly and would love it if they released similar versions of the earlier albums. It just sucks that you pretty much have to choose between getting a 10 Club edition or getting a standard edition on release date, and the last few have been hardcover anyway so what's the fucking point.

My April 22 scheduled delivery just popped back up on tracking… in Ohio. I’m in Syracuse. I think USPS’s estimate may not be right.
I'm in Syracuse as well. Stil waiting for a delivery from UPS. Tracking says delivery is estimated for Saturday (27th.) Lazy shipping, no reason it should arrive over a week after release.

Yeah mine just changed to the 27th too. I wasn’t that annoyed to wait until Monday had it actually come yesterday but boy 8 days late is tough to swallow.
Mine still hasn't arrived (10C red/black variant),and shows no update since leaving Seattle. I'll echo what everyone has said - it's ridiculous that pre-orders a month ahead of the release are still not in our hands. It reeks of greed - the urge to listen properly on vinyl certainly sent many to buy a second copy during RSD. I couldn't justify doing that after paying over $70 (with shipping charges) for the 10C version. Listening to the streaming versions of the new record sucks.
Mine hasn't moved yet (red/black LP). Since I live in Europe, I guess I won't listen to the record anytime soon.
At least, digital download and Spotify are here to shorten the wait.
Same here in UK. Has said that UPS got the details of the parcel on 3rd April, but no shipping label yet 😬 Deluxe CD has left the States though, so will hopefully get that this week 🤞🏻

Well my package probably will be here in NY THURSDAY if I'm lucky but most likely FRIDAY a week after release if this isn't greed it's incompetence
Do you think the Ten Club coordinated with USPS/UPS to sit on our shipments for a few days to entice us to buy more variants? Just as a reminder, we're talking about a group (Ten Club) that still has the album listed in the shop as a "pre-order" and hasn't updated the discography to include it. I'm thinking it might not be the most tightly-run ship in the fleet.

After mine didn't arrive yesterday it now says Friday for delivery. Weak!

now mine here in northern VA is delayed until Friday. a week late. I don't think it's too much to say we probably deserve a mea culpa and explanation.
Yeah, there’s clearly something a miss here. It would just be nice for whatever that is to be communicated 🤷🏻♂️
