you guys have been members for a long time- you knew there was a really good chance this would be the case! They always do this :(
we’ll get them in a few days, just be patient!
I am more shocked by people claiming to have gotten previous pre-orders on-time than the albums arriving late. I feel like it's common knowledge that 10C orders aren't exactly timely, especially vinyl.
Hey now, I got Avocado early. Maybe I'm still living in 18-years-ago by getting disappointed lol
My CD came Saturday, but the vinyl is still--with y'all's in Ohio. Never actually had an estimated delivery date for either. And yeah, retailers had it plenty of time...
No excuses. If they can get it to retailers by release date then 10c can make sure to get it to customers by release date. Period.
Shipping in bulk so that a retailer can set up displays and sell the item on release day is different than sending single copies to individual customers. They're not tying to time the retailer shipments to arrive the morning of the 19th.
"I'm a lucky man, to count on both hands the [shows I've done]. Some folks just have one, others they got none..."
I think rather than risking an error of something missing in a package when they are packing up thousands of orders, the 10c just boxes one item up individually and sends it, making it easier to track and less risk of a shortage.

Don’t care. No excuses for not having it in fan club members hands by release date.
Has anybody in Europe, who pre-ordered the 10C vinyl variant, had any news about the shipping? Mine still says "order information received" since the 3rd of April

I remember, but wouldn't swear to, receiving CDs and LPs together for other Pearl Jam releases.

No change for me either.

You have to add a couple days to what the tracking says. The date listed is when it is supposed to reach the USPS, not UPS.

Ten Club should just hire couriers to hand-delivery the album to each and every member on release day.
Of course, people would still complain about what time the courier showed up.

I’ve only noticed it since the listings stating one per me,Bear per order started popping up on listings and wondered why can you order 2 but they have to be separate orders, but I do know that’s a more recent development in the past few years, so maybe they did at one point.

They need to switch to FedEx. Every time I ordered a Taylor Swift record it would ship way late after the release date. This year it came on the release date because they used fedex instead of UPS.
Received the NY & Chi variants today as well as the deluxe cd. Still no 10c red vinyl.

Still waiting on mine. It at least says it is in the state now. Allegedly supposed to be here by 7.
I did decide to just get the record store day one and have listened to it a few times. I really couldn't wait. I am a sucker for some of this anyway, so I am mostly OK with having two, but definitely going to think twice before preordering things again. It was easy to get at the local shop.
It's another thing, but I have had various luck on getting things like video games on release day by preordering. Think I'd learn my lesson.
I was actually out this morning near my house and saw a UPS truck and was tempted to flag the driver down to say, "I believe you have something for me." It's a good thing I didn't since I am now clear that my mail carrier delivered the items to my door, not UPS.
My Chicago variant made it before the 10c did, with much less notice. 10c hasn’t been updated for a few days

It said Monday delivery, but was sitting happily in my mailbox waiting on me when I got home from buying the record on Saturday.

*Why these items ostensibly sent from the same place were shipped separately is a mystery.
Such a botched operation here. They've GOT to fix this in the future.
