    I had these two dishes down in Patagonia! 
    1st dish is Fresh Abalone with potato salad absolutely insane how good it was!
    2nd dish is Guanaco carpaccio I almost ordered a 2nd serving but I had already ordered a pasta dish

    Made chicken tenders in the air fryer. I breaded them with whole wheat Panko and gave them a light spritz of avocado oil. They came out pretty crispy for not being deep fried.

    How were they?^^^^

    Getting ready to make the sauce for my lasagna tomorrow.   Make a pretty darn good one, although i always do it differently. 
    This time, going with a blend of beef, pork sausage, and pancetta to put in the sauce.

    What are yall cooking for Super Bowl?
