    Same problem here. 

    When I go to https://pearljam.com/get-tickets it just redirects to pearljam.com. 

    I can reach Ticketmaster for their verified fan presale where they say they will send a code for a verified presale but that's not what I expected according to instructions. No choosing GA or Seated, no putting in a ticket request, just a request for a code to then go into a presale.

    You can do one request of however many shows you want, and if you change your mind, it cancels the prior request. So say you initially try for Ottawa and Nashville, then tomorrow realize that you want to try for OK too. You start the process all over, and it cancels your initial request.

    Just put in a new request for both shows that you want, and it will cancel your last one.  Doesn't matter when you turn in your final request. just make sure your final request has all the shows you are trying for on it.

    once you are at the page with the 6 steps of directions, pick a Country in step 2, and it will take you right to where you want to go.

    MSG request submitted and some verified fan registrations just in case. I don't anticipate winning tickets and I don't think we'll travel far this year, but might as well give it a shot.

    Appreciate the tip, tried all of that, I deleted every card in Ticketmaster and added just the one I wanted to use, nothing. Still doesn’t work. I obviously have triple checked my info at this point. I’m pretty frustrated and don’t know what to try next.

    Just satisfying my own curiosity. Does anybody local know if it is possible to travel from Sacramento to San Francisco on public transport after the show? 

    I’m in San Francisco with work on 18th May. The show feels so close yet so far away!

    Happy to hear they are back on the road but man it hurt not seeing 1 New England show on the list.  Wife and I were hoping to bring our 2 boys to their first PJ show :(

    I have no idea what's going on. Tried my debit card multiple times, even tried the trick of changing my TM primary card to it, and it wasn't working. I used our joint account debit card, and it worked first try.

    I still think they should have bumped up the seat locations for those who kept their tickets for 2 years now to in front of those that were ahead of them but refunded. 
    The only people we should try to get even with...

    I don't think there's a ton of 10C tickets available for most of these shows, so I don't think any upgrades would have been particularly noticeable, even for those with higher member numbers. Also, don't judge/begrudge people who needed their money back during the past 2 years. Times were tough for a lot of people. While it may have been easy for you or I to let a couple hundred bucks sit in someone else's account for 2 years, someone else might have needed that money to get by.

    I'm not happy that I can't make the Phoenix show I had tickets to 2 years ago, seeing Sigur Ros in Vancouver that night!  Was hoping to make it to Vegas but flights are so damn expensive now.  Here's hoping for a western Canadian leg next year.  Hope everyone enjoys the shows!
