No rumors like the other thread, this is just using existing data & each venue's event calendar.

The only real wild card is Apollo, MSG, and Baltimore. If they do Baltimore at all, I think they'll switch over to the Xfinity Center, or if we're lucky, Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

There's a good chance they'll just skip Baltimore all together, in which case (refunds) they'll take a bunch of days off, or maybe play D.C. instead.

If Canada gets switched around like I think it will, I can see an MSG date being added.

Leaving this all on the page for you to decipher :-)

    05/01 - Hamilton    05/09 - Apollo     05/16 - Nashville    05/25 - Phoenix (Glendale)
    05/02 - Tronno      05/10 - MSG I      05/18 - St. Louis    05/27 - San Diego (Whale's Vagina)
    05/04 - Ottawa      05/12 - MSG II      05/20 - OKC          05/29 & 30 - LA Forum I & II
    05/05* - Quebec    05/14 - Balt./DC    05/23 - Denver      06/01 & 02 - Oakland I & II
I think they start on the west coast and go east… cutting it too close on time to have the equipment in California at the end and get it to Europe in a week or so…

I'm ok if they start west coast to east coast. Just wish they could let us know the secured dates already so we can book our vacation time off.

Where is dimi to start dropping some hints!

I did find this snippet from the Ball Arena website. Looks like one of 3 available Wednesdays in April for Denver? Or maybe they
had to enter a day of the week and month and it means nothing. Pretty interesting though. The Avalanche play the Kings on Wed. April 13th.
Interesting stuff.  I know PJ announced the tour would begin in May…

    I think he has retired.
He’s plenty busy on the PJ fan club Facebook.
DC '03 - Reading '04 - Philly '05 - Camden 1 '06 - DC '06 - E. I have no inside info, but it *would* be a bit hypocritical for a Gigaton tour to start east and end west, no?

Yeah, it could be. But the guys' families are entrenched on the west coast, so who knows. Occasional necessary evils :(
One of the underlying currents of Gigaton to me is not so much the band preaching their green superiority, but stating WE need to get our collective shit together (themselves included).
Maybe that's why it's taken so long. They're working around other acts & venues, trying to make as little a carbon foot print as possible, and maybe we'll get something completely different. But like I said, these are just my best guesses.
selfishly, I want a Vitalogy show, lol.

Maybe, but I always felt the biggest impact to the carbon footprint isn't how they tour, but it's how small the tours and how many places they don't play.  It's created a fandom that largely accepts they have to travel to see shows.  I often think the biggest carbon footprint isn't from the band and the crew, but all the fans traveling to see a show or shows.
  • May have to take back what I said about MECU Pavillion now that Jack White booked a date there (and I just grabbed tix this AM). Would have thought it was too small for him (but yeah, PJ still a way bigger draw)

So lots of talk that PJ won't be playing in Canada till Fall '22? If true kinda wished I tried for an Ed solo show this Feb now. :/ Maybe try for May date or two.

My original pitch was for Camden Yards, but I know they like doing 2-nighters at ballparks. Don't know if a deal can be made there. Then I went over MECU as a special event/Sirius streamed/Ten Club & previous ticket holders only type gig, but wasn't sure they'd want to deal with any clamor that came with it. Then ultimately figured if they do Baltimore at all, it might be on the outskirts with Merriweather, or not at all.

Haven't seen anything other than rumors on here, so there's still a chance. That being said, I'm gonna start a 3rd draft & mix in some of the dates from my West to Midwest proposal through May. And then come up with a 2nd leg that hits the north in August & Sept, and wraps up in time for Ed to hit Ohana.

May have to take back what I said about MECU Pavillion now that Jack White booked a date there (and I just grabbed tix this AM). Would have thought it was too small for him (but yeah, PJ still a way bigger draw)
    capacity = 4600
No way there's a PJ show there.
    Almost certainly correct...unless they charge $250/ticket   =)

My preference is MPP, but more so, that we get a show SOMEWHERE in the area!

Yeah. Pearl Jam is saying "we know we're not the best, but we ALL need to wake up."

Fans don't have to travel internationally. We know the band tours all over. They (we) lack patience. Some of us may have only seen them once or twice. Others will travel from Europe for the EV shows AND the USA spring tour and then all over Europe. They know full-well the band is going to their continent, yet they have that "neeeeeeeeed" to see them.

If I didn't win tickets for Fenway 2016, I wouldn't have had seen them since 2014 and that was a little over an hour away from me. For some people, that would be unacceptable.

    2. Oakland II - Wed. 05/04 (2020 make-up date)
    3. Los Angeles I - Fri. 05/06 (maybe hire a Latino/Latina artist, and get a bitchin' sugar skull poster?)

    5. San Diego - Sun. 05/08 (2020 make-up date)

    • The Pit (basketball), Albuquerque, NM (indoors, so not as likely as an outdoor venue, but still viable) 13,480
    • Isotopes Park, Albuquerque, NM (just the fact that there's a Simpsons statue makes this place a worthy contender) 13,500
    • Tingley Coliseum, Albuquerque, NM (arena football) 11,571
    8. OKC - Sat. 05/14, or Sun. 05/15 (Mon. 05/16 is booked for the New Kids, lol; 2020 make-up date)

    • to help send Governor Bill Lee packing, and help the Democratic/Independent primary winner take the Governor's chair
    • unlimited potential for covers!
    - - possible venues:
    • AutoZone Park, Memphis, TN (named minor league ballpark of the year in 2009) 14,320
    • FedEx Forum (basketball), Memphis, TN (indoors, not as likely as an outdoor venue, but still viable) 18,119
    • Ryman Auditorium, Memphis, TN (10C only, special event?? a pipe dream, I know... but still ; ) 2,362
    10. Nashville, TN - Wed. 05/18 or Thu. 05/19 (2020 make-up date)

Part III - Makin' Up is Hard to Do
*11. RALEIGH, NC - Fri. 05/20 or Sat. 05/21 (2016 make-up date; John Mulaney is booked for PNC Arena on Sun. 05/22)
    • to help hold the House, and pick-up a seat or two for Democrats, or Independents
    • to help pick up a Senate seat for the Democratic/Independent primary winner after Richard Burr retires
    • the law was repealed. Time to make good on returning.
    **12. Baltimore, or Columbia, MD - Sun. 05/22 or Mon. 05/23 (2020 make-up date)
    - - possible venues:

That’s fair! Just means I have to find a way into that Baltimore show. 😈 a venue change might equal opportunity!

I’ve been advocating for Merriweather but Camden Yards would be super cool.
