Cabrera didn't have a shutdown inning after his team scored. Pitched a good first game. But the Marlins offense is only going to give you so little runs.

Good win. Good first start by Cabrera. Now win 15 more in a row

Lewis Brinson must have something against Don Mattingly. In the 2 weeks Mattingly was out with Covid. Brinson hits almost .400. Since Donnie's return, Brinson is back to his normal non hitting self at .046

Right now Bryan De La Cruz has been the only good player we got back in the trades this year

Mattingly was there before him. He's just not that good

Good start for Luzardo. It's only 1. But maybe they can work on that. And against a decent team too

Maybe he should keep the glasses on?  If he straightens himself out and you add him to Alcantara, Rogers, the return of Sixto, Cabrera and Lopez.  That's a formidable rotation next season.

They also have Meyer and i forget the other guy. I'm sure one of these are going to be used to get a hitter.

Update: The other pitcher was Jake Eder. Unfortunately he's getting Tommy John surgery. Even though pitchers have come back sooner than before. Earliest he may be back is next September.

Tough loss. 14-24 in one run games. Give up 5 runs in the 9th.

Bases loaded 1 out and hits it back to the pitcher for a double play. Typical Marlins

Bryan De La Cruz is so far the best person we got back in a trade

Just win 63 so there isn't a 100 loss season

He's lucky he got an infield hit. They need to just trade him in the off-season

Before the trade deadline they were on pace for 70 wins. Now about 68.

Were on pace to win 70 before they made the trades. Ended up with 67.

Possibly going after either Castellanos, Schwarber, or Soler. Likely to get neither

Didn't expect them to take the lead. Now will they Marlins it and lose in the bottom of the 9th?
