When people are afraid of Russia undermining the election, but it turns out M Night Shyamalans twist is that you already live in Russia. I see Election Fraud:

Brett Kavanaugh Signals He’s Open to Stealing the Election for Trump

Kavanaugh’s opinion is the most notable of the bunch because he is the new median justice and the opinion is frankly terrifying. In one passage, Kavanaugh attempted to defend the Wisconsin law disqualifying ballots received after Election Day. He pointed out that “most States” share this policy, explaining:

Those States want to avoid the chaos and suspicions of impropriety that can ensue if thousands of absentee ballots flow in after election day and potentially flip the results of an election. And those States also want to be able to definitively announce the results of the election on election night, or as soon as possible thereafter.

    Scary stuff.

Florida could be key.  I believe their results will be done early.  If Biden wins it, it will be very difficult for Trump to claim that he lost the election due to fraudulent mail in ballots

Unfortunately, that will probably work out the other way.  Wisconsin conservatives are of the "don't live in fear" and "it's a hoax" persuasion.  They'll be voting in person.  Hopefully the Democratic party and others are getting the word out that if you haven't mailed your vote in, drop it off in person.

This is not America. The courts have always been non-political. How can there be actual JUSTICE if it has this terrible bias?

They've made a farce of the Supreme Court.  If they can't win the game, they break as many of the pieces as the can before they get trounced.

he 100% doesn't give a shit about saying the quiet part loud, and hasn't for some time. i can't wait until he's either defeated or at the very least minority leader. listening to him whine and cry for the next 4 years will be music to many of our ears. and democrats better grow a spine and start giving him everything he gave them.

The Supreme Court stolen for a generation and the country in chaos for an incoming Democratic administration is the best case scenario for Mitch McConnell. Our country will never recover from this.

The worst part is that McConnell knows no matter how bad next Tuesday is for Republicans, our dipshit electorate will vote them back into power 2 or 4 or 6 years from now.

Hasn't the fear and promises of the US supreme court and its judges been used as "political assets" always?

I interpret it as him saying she will be used as a figurehead by candidates in their campaigns to win their elections.

Who paid off Kavanaugh's debt?  That person has a lifetime vote based in no way on actual law.

Republicans won't just try to steal this election and stop. With a stranglehold on the Supreme Court and FOX News providing cover, they will try each and every cycle. What we are seeing today will be the new norm going forward.

The constitution gives congress the ability to add judges and states. This very well could be the reason.

The biggest road block to voters flipping power back would be statehood for DC and  PR. Otherwise, yes,  voters will eventually just vote for “the other guy.”

I can no longer bring myself to the check the box for Trump.  I'm terrified of the risk with Biden/Harris but we know what we have with Trump, a babbling buffoon. First time ever, voting independent.
