Werchter has to be a go. Of all the festivals I would say that one is the safest with the bands connection to it.

What is the band's connection to Werchter? I know they have played there a few times over the years, but not sure if there's something more..

If Werchter and Stockholm are the same weekend it could be Copenhagen 6/30, Werchter 7/2, Stockholm 7/4.
could be. Wouldn't be ideal for traveling but ok. Would definitely make me skip Werchter as it's too long of a hike back and forth. And I still have my three day Lolla ticket, maybe I get to actually use it :)

I believe Lolla is offering refunds but only for another day or two.

It could also be Copenhagen - Stockholm - Werchter.

Band has close connections with the promoter from what I remember.

I love all of this talk again about Europe but crazy we are 14 months away.

I‘m ambivalent about new dates because nobody knows if concerts are possible next year. It’s still good to have some positive talk.

I‘ve decided to keep my ticket. It was an early bird, they’re giving me credit for drinks and stuff  and I‘d like to see Of monsters and men if possible. They were on the bill for Friday.

and I‘d like that order way better. Frankfurt, Berlin, Copenhagen, Stockholm would work nicely

I have about 80% confidence in next summer concerts being possible.  The 20% is in case no vaccine under testing works out, and/or it works but hasn’t been widely deployed by then, and/or everything is safe and fine but regulatory travel restrictions continue as an additional precaution in some places.

But I am 100% confident to talk about what order of shows makes sense!

    Definitely.

"Guess the tour" game is back on. I've missed it.   I might change my plan from the Krakow/Budapest combo, depending on the actual dates. Kind of started regretting skipping Berlin and Copenhagen. Hopefully Copenhagen will be on a date that does not clash with the Euro 2020, I mean 2021 football games.

Ah that's a shame. I have a feeling they may still play it, but they haven't been able to finalise the details by the May 13 deadline. I just hope that the English date doesn't end up at the O2....
  • RatherStarvedRatherStarved Posts: 4,099
That’s interesting, but not surprising, as on the PJ tour site the BST show has been noted as cancelled whereas the other shows say postponed.  I wonder if the band was PO’d that BST went public with its cancellation before PJ had otherwise been ready to announce its 2020 Europe postponement.  As for the O2 arena, that sounds good to me right about now.

Looks like a refund from AXS refund from Hyde Park, generic email referencing no artist but refund within 14days :-(

I have purposely stayed off the boards for a while to see if there would be any update on refunds from this Spring or Summer's tour, I cannot find anything on the PJ site? DMB has masterfully given ticket options and refunds for all shows but I do not see anything from PJ yet? I apologize in advance if this has been addressed but any guidance would be appreciative as I had NYC and Bologna tix for these tours. THX much

Looks like my flights to Krakow (and back from Budapest) will be cancelled. Finnair released their July schedules (much less flights still than usual). Getting a full refund.
The Lot Airlines "Pearl Jam Express" between Krakow and Budapest still seems to be on.

Flying from dublin for BST with Aer lingus and they switched my airport destination in london claiming a schedule change and not a cancellation. Which is complete bullshit. Requested a full refund and waiting.

Sad that this wont happen in 2020 as was looking forward to this and would have been brilliant to be on that flight.

I know I was going to be there. As of now I have 3/7 flights cancelled. So 4 are still going on. Including Norwegian, KLM and the "Pearl Jam Express" from Krakow to Budapest.
