    No offense, you're full of crap. The 'people who actually doing the work' are career employees not appointments, therefore they rarely change from administration to administration.

    I did not see the presser. All I want to know is if they gave a definitive timeline on having sufficient testing capabilities. Does anyone know?

    Oh and second, in your previous post you were celebrating the private sector since the public sector was incompetent.  Now you say they are 10x more competent than Obama's team and you're happy they are involved.  Make up your Trump licking mind already.  Geez, you can't even maintain the same talking point in the same hour.
