Putting people on pedestals is bound to leave you disappointed. That's on you, not the other person.

Absent any egregious moral faults or crimes, I look at it this way - is the individual doing more good than harm? If yes, great, and this seems to be one of those cases. You can't really ask for more as projecting and expecting perfection according to your personal definition is all kinds of ridiculous.

The other thing is he's probably doing more good in this world than you are, so who are you to judge?

He has played it solo before I believe but aside from a tease from Las Vegas 03 I do not think the whole band has played it.

If I could afford it I’d fly private too. I think everyone needs to relax and try to look at each post with humor before taking offense. Life’s easier when you’re happy.

I don't know what was said, whom was talked to, etc.

But in order to make change, you have to talk and work with people that need to change.

Remember, Ed had a scary stalker situation at one point. Anyone who went through that might not be too eager to sit on a crowded airplane with god knows who. Also, you probably wouldn't want your family sitting on that same crowded airplane.
