Quebec City is Canada’s most beautiful city IMO. And Ottawa isn’t much fun.SomethingCreative said:Looking to make a run at some of those Canada shows, Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton. I’ve never been to any of the cities but was wondering if Ottawa would be cool to hang for a a few days? Any input appreciated
As someone who lives in the Ottawa area, I'd say plan more time in Quebec City than in Ottawa. Ottawa is a nice place to live and is the Nation's capital, but QC and Montreal (old Montreal) have way more character and much more enjoyable walking town. I plan to spend an extra day in QC this time as last time I arrived the afternoon of the show and left the next morning.Manu117 said:Montrealer here, if you have to choose between Ottawa and QC city, which would you choose? And which would be easier to get tickets for?2018 - 8/8, 8/10
2016 - 5/5, 5/8, 5/10, 5/12, 8/5, 8/7

2013 - 10/12, 11/24
2011 - 9/14
2005 - 9/160 -
If we don't hear anything today by 3pm PST, it's highly unlikely that the rumoured tour dates for March/April are happening. Just my opinion. Timing is too tight.2003: Toronto

Does anyone have the 2010 timeline handy? Those shows were in May and IIRC we bought tickets in March.___________________________________________

At this point next Monday announcement with a reminder to keep membership up to date on the 10th makes the most sense.0

If announcement were to occur Jan 13 that's 65 days of notice to 1st show.
In the unlikely event my math is correct 2016 NA tour had 80 day advance notice and 2013 had 95 days.
So we would be 20% and 30% "tighter" than those 2 tours.
Either the Promo/Colbert/Sirius scheduling is still in process and affecting the routing or this may be a field of dreams. DimiBatSignal please!
Not sure how a 58 day public on sale window helps the invested parties on a large dollar tour, especially with a few smaller cities that may need help selling out?0 -

It is happening. We can doubt and throw stones all we want, but that doesn’t mean the tour isn’t happening.0

Caveat would be as long as they keep ticket pricing reasonable like they always have.0

2018: Seattle I + II, Chicago I + II
2020: Toronto, Ottawa, Quebec, Hamilton, Nashville, St. Louis, Krakow, Budapest, Zurich0 -
