some Billie Eilish / PJ dates are a few days apart at some cities.  Trying to make a double concert trip.

LA Forum open between Billie Eilish and The Eagles..bascially after 4/7 to before Eagles show on 4/17.
    What about weekend of 4/10-12?
San Diego I bet needs to fit in there first after Phoenix which I am guessing is the 9th or 10th. San Diego --> LAX2 --> Oakland makes sense or maybe LA is just one and San Fran fits in after.

Why can't SD be after LA?

let s hope the asbury rumor is false.

I dislike festivals but at least asbury has a vip area per their site. If the throng doesn’t sell it out immediately that might not be a bad option.

It can and it is just a hunch. Starting south and going north makes sense even though they have done it differently in the past.

  • I'd like to know too. We know it's not New England.

I can still dream that it's the East coast of Canada

SD and LA (still could be Anaheim?) are so close it doesn't matter...I'm really leaning toward SD after LA

This is exactly what I'm predicting.  Based on dimis hints and looking at venues open dates on their schedules I'm guessing this for Cali:

    4/12 LA Forum
    4/13 LA Forum
    4/15 San Diego Viejas Arena

    Summerfest 7/8/95
    Missoula 6/20/98
    Alpine Valley 6/26/98 & 6/27/98
    Alpine Valley 10/8/00
    Champaign 4/23/03
    Alpine Valley 6/21/03
    Missoula 8/29/05
    Chicago 5/16 & 17/06
    Grand Rapids 5/19/06
    Summerfest 6/29/06 & 6/30/06
    Tampa 6/12/08
    Chicago 8/23/09
    Indy 5/7/10

Once again just a guess but I am going with this. Really not sure if LA is getting the usual X2 treatment.

    San Diego 4/11
    LA 4/13 4/14
    Oakland 4/16

    or

    San Diego 4/11
    LA 4/13
    Sanfran 4/15
    Oakland 4/17

Hmmm missed that. I wonder if there is a city after the Phoenix rumoured show we are missing that is not California.

Isnthe venue in Kitchener a minor league hockey team?  That show was soooooo good. On 9/11 with long road to open.
Omg. Me and my boss just recently found out we both love the band. Right away, he brought up this Kitchener show he was at and keeps mentioning it......

There’s gotta be some shows missing between St. Louis and Denver, they’re too far apart. I think KC is possible. There was aclue a looooong time ago about good bbq and since then Memphis, Texas and the Carolinas have all been ruled out (I think). The only BBQ city left that I can think of is Kansas City.
I agree, I’ve been holding out hope for KC being the BBQ reference. And watching the KC shout outs closely...so far they’ve never been turned down by @dimitrispearljam 🤞🏻

How does one get a ticket for SNL? Is this a camp out all day affair, for a MAYBE shot at a ticket? To hear two songs?
In previous years you had to enter a drawing at the beginning of the season. If you get picked, they tell you which show you are picked for and whether you'll be attending the dress rehearsal or the actual show. Not sure if they're still doing it that way or not.

I hate to be the "appreciate what you have" guy, but if you're lucky enough to have to have touring friends, let's take a moment to appreciate them as we all prepare for the next chapter of the greatest band in history.

We lost a dear member of our community recently. She was mentioned in the November newsletter. Every PJ fan was better off because of her, whether we know it or not. This band has given us so much, and the friendships are not the least of it. Now, in the words of EV...

Fuck the talking, let's start rockin!

    Merry Christmas everybody!
    * This is going to be fun. I have to go to the St. Louis show because it's so close. Had a blast doing that in 2014.
    * Dimi - any thoughts on a Vegas show? It would be sick seeing PJ at the T-mobile arena out there.
    * One last thought...any rumors about Moline? Ed said they would come back and do it again (I'm sure he says that about everywhere they play). It sounds like there might be some open dates around when they are in that part of the country...

Correct. You can send them an email during the month off august only and they will draw names each week and contact them to tell them if they go to dress rehearsal or live show. You can also stand in line for standby tickets if they have room.  I’ve been told that there are a group of regulars that line up extra early and are about the only ones to get in through standby. I’ve entered every year via email for the past 12 years or so and never got picked.

Well said.  I don’t know if I would have seen all these shows and traveled the world without the friends and travel buddies I have met along the way.
