    An American Werewolf in London

I had never seen this before

Pretty awesome! Great transformation scenes and  makeup/special effects

Who cares about the special effects, it has Jenny Agutter in there. Check out Logan's Run form the 70's if you haven't seen it for more impressive scenes from her.
No, never seen Logan's Run. I've heard of it it though.

    Eli (Netflix original)

I mean... It felt like half the movie was missing. They give you so little information about things that some aspects of it barely make sense. That said, it wasn't all that bad. Decent acting, a few decent jump scares, and a twist at the end.

Liked the version.  The 5 year old loved it.

    Booksmart.

    Solid movie.
  • John Wick and John Wick 2, it was so much more than Keanu just walking into buildings and getting head shots. Really enjoyed them both but not as much as finally re-watching Major League for the first time in over 23 years. I heart Tom Beringer but not as much as Eddie Vedder!

I watched a pretty pretentious yet hella manic depressed student film of my own, circa 1993-94.   In the credits, I rolled Satan's Bed and suggested that people go buy Vitalogy, like now, right after this was over.  No one had seen frame 1 of this project until the initial showing.  After the 1st screening, someone approached me, pulled the LP out of of their backpack, Tower Records bag and receipt, and showed it to me, further adding to my pretentiousness and depression.

Again you'd see it, you know, right round the lips.  I'da stopped and talked but I was already in love.  Thanks Stoney.

The name of this project?  It's a Shame about Kurt Cobain.

Goddamn it, WTF was I thinking?
