Who's gonna watch the new league? It seems like it's connected to the NFL. They'll air some games on the NFL network

Watched about 10 minutes of it. Wasn't as bad as I was expecting it to be. I think they want this to sort of morph into a minor league for the NFL or something?

Saturday night the AAF got better ratings than the Rockets-Thunder game that was on ABC.  that's amazing. I imagine that won't continue but that it did it even once is crazy.

The NFL Honors ceremony got higher ratings than Warriors/Lakers. Lebron wasn't playing...but still.

I think basketball, like baseball, is a regional sport. e.g. you watch the sixers, I don’t. you watch the phillies; I don’t. a lot of us will watch ANY football game.

    plus, “harden fatigue” is real.

  • I don't understand the Browns signing Hunt.

Not because of what he did, but because they have Chubb and Johnson and don't need him.

Maybe if he signed for the league minimum?

Gordon is still a Patriot when (if) he comes off suspension.
His deal runs through 2019 season.

This is exactly right. I would never bother to watch a Yankees/Red Sox regular season game...but I'd likely watch Jacksonville vs. Tennessee on Thursday Night Football.

I hate to say it, but I agree with this. It is not even in the same hemisphere as Ray Rice or even PacMan for that matter (two off the top of my head).

The NFL has dealt with much worse for much longer. Christ look at Ben R for example.

    No. He's worthless.

I'm saying if the NFL wants consistent standards and to appear as 'concerned'... then they've got a long list of people to process for much worse.
