    Philly?

    For me (I am going to count camden as philly): camden 1/2 98, camden 1/2 00, spectrum 03 and camden 1/2 03, philly 05, camden 1/2 06, camden 1/2 08, spectrum 2, 3, 4 09, made in america 2012, philly 2 13, philly 1 16.

So I have seen pj 18 times in camden/philly.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......

  • Grandpa, tell me again about how the Dems needed to increase the votes of African Americans, suburban women and union households after that horrible orange monster, Team Trump Treason Rex, became president in 2016. Please grandpa, tell that story again.
Anyway you slice it, these numbers are not sustainable for republicans moving forward.

Any other president , who inherited this economy, in a time of relative peace and prosperity would not have to have even worried about the midterms.
I prefer the term, “untenable,” which I began using as soon as Team Trump Treason willfully disparaged just about every voting block out there shortly after assuming office. Yet I was told that there would be a red wave across the land, cementing Team Trump Treason’s re-election. Untenable or unsustainable, doesn’t matter because all he’s got is his racist, misogynistic base. Team Trump Treason is incapable of reinventing himself into an honest, decent president that cares about “others.”

It's weird that it doesn't matter to our flag waving, military loving, troops loving, veterans loving, patriotic maga republicans.  It's like they don't care.  I don't understand.

It's quite simple to understand really. It's one of two things: either they are (1) stupid as a bag of hammers (waiting for America to get great again) or (2) grossly immoral (their supposed values are intensely compromised... exposing them as fraudulent).

It's not really about the flag and the military. It's about trite, outdated notions of bravado and "manliness" -- swagger, tough talk, and dick swinging, without real action behind it. Ted Nugent, Clint Eastwood, not Mark Ruffalo. It's about embracing empty symbols rather than the ideals and actions behind those symbols. Think John Wayne vs. Jimmy Stewart. One played the swaggering tough guy, the other one was a real-life pilot and war hero.

Waving the flag is easy. War is hard. Saying you would run unarmed into a building to stop and active shooter is one thing; actually doing it is an entirely different matter. You see where I'm going with all of this, I'm sure. Pretending is fun. Real life isn't always so fun.
All those who seek to destroy the liberties of a democratic nation ought to know that war is the surest and shortest means to accomplish it.

My favorite part of the Constitution, posted from Philadelphia

6: In Case of the Removal of the President from Office, or of his Death, Resignation, or Inability to discharge the Powers and Duties of the said Office, the Same shall devolve on the Vice President, and the Congress may by Law provide for the Case of Removal, Death, Resignation or Inability, both of the President and Vice President, declaring what Officer shall then act as President, and such Officer shall act accordingly, until the Disability be removed, or a President shall be elected.

Yah he'd charge right into an active shooting scenario and maybe break the shooter's wrist and take him down... but will avoid memorial ceremonies because the rain will ruin his orange make up and shit mess hair construction.

He's said a lot of really indigestible things, but that 'I'd run right in there' blurb was one of the most pathetic. It's tough to really gauge which comments have been the worst (the recent 'California forestry mismanagement'... the 'liking guys who don't get captured'... the 'face still bleeding from a facelift'... there's just so many.).

Even the stupidest Trump enthusiast must have rolled their eyes when he asserted how Chuck Norris like he was. I mean, think of the improbability. How long can he run before he's out of breath? Can he even lift a pencil with those feeble arms? And even worse (admittedly petty)... just from a visual perspective... think of the moving parts on that creature if he attempted to run. There's a reason he moves slower than a sloth before bedtime. Eesh.

  • I guess Donald tweeted that there was zero visibility and the helicopter couldn't get to the first cemetery. He added that he suggested they drive, but the secret service said NO because too far from the airport and a big Paris shutdown.

He added he was planning a big 'Speech next day at American Cemetary (sic) in pouring rain! Little reported-Fake News'.

'Fake news' makes it all better for his guppies. After hearing the bothersome piece, the base must have collectively exhaled after their pied piper calmed any of their concerns, "Pshew! See... Donald goes in the rain! He values our dead soldiers. He is a soldier! F**king democrats."

He obviously heard the criticism and sloppily pieced together a shitty little lie that- once again- might have had the effect of smoothing anything over his band of yokels might have been getting tense about.

I guess Donald tweeted that there was zero visibility and the helicopter couldn't get to the first cemetery.

Meanwhile, people with actual work experience in functional administrations said, "There is always a contingency plan. Always."

Most Americans.  Generally speaking, when European Countries criticize the USA, we dig in our heels.  USA!

    This aged well, I guess:

It's not really about the flag and the military. It's about trite, outdated notions of bravado and "manliness" -- swagger, tough talk, and dick swinging, without real action behind it. Ted Nugent, Clint Eastwood, not Mark Ruffalo. It's about embracing empty symbols rather than the ideals and actions behind those symbols. Think John Wayne vs. Jimmy Stewart. One played the swaggering tough guy, the other one was a real-life pilot and war hero.

Waving the flag is easy. War is hard. Saying you would run unarmed into a building to stop an active shooter is one thing; actually doing it is an entirely different matter. You see where I'm going with all of this, I'm sure. Pretending is fun. Real life isn't always so fun.

Grandpa, tell me again about how the Dems needed to increase the votes of African Americans, suburban women and union households after that horrible orange monster, Team Trump Treason Rex, became president in 2016. Please grandpa, tell that story again.
Looks like all those racists flipped back to vote blue? Or do we only scream RACISM! when the democrats lose?

That milkshake better bring them to the midwest yard in 2020, that's all I'm saying
Funny how you so easily dismiss academic research into what motivates voters as well as the effects of memes and social media on elections when fact based evidence stares you in the face. I didn’t invent racism but I seem to be the only one willing to discuss it as a factor in a lot of things, elections included.

    Black vote dropped 7%

    But yeah, nazi's

Of course there are racist voters... and sexist voters... and dumb voters... and non-racist voters... and non-sexist voters... and smart voters

If America was HALF as racist and sexist as some people like to claim, how would the Dems win the midterm and get 12 million more votes? Because they are in the minority, and did not decide the 2016 election. Get over it, or keep wasting your time screaming everybody that disagrees is racist, your call.

I have moved on. It’s 2018. You’re the one prattling on about 2016. And where have I ever said or screamed, “everybody that I disagree with is racist?”

Its getting slightly shrill in here, amongst the hypocrisy.

I don't really get the idea of "you need to move on from 2016" when the people constantly saying that are the only ones talking about 2016.
    Darwinspeed, all.
