    Thanks, eating the rest for lunch today. 
    My family was down (at) the shore so I didnt hear them complain about having to eat sprouts...I could eat them all myself!  :)

    When my family returned home today they all asked what the horrible smell was in the kitchen.  I smiled and told them they missed out on Brussel Sprouts.  :)

    I fuck with brussels just about any way but over the summer i like to shave them down into a slaw with some red onion, carrots. Toss in some vinegar and shit. Good eats!

    Did pork in the crock put and played some pepper roulette with it. Came out good but every bite had you on edge lol. Put the peppers in about half way through and they cooked down obviously

    Damn.  So good.

    I had the same thing last night. Roasted sprouts with some balsamic vinegar splashed on them. I love brussel sprouts. Had some at a restaurant once that we’re sautéed in bacon fat with bacon crumbles and jalapeños. Fantastic!

    The jalapenos would be an excellent addition.  I love bacon (of course) but I think the jalapenos are going to be an addition for me.  Need to update my Bible with an asterisk and note to add jalapeno with salt/pepper/garlic.

    A few years ago, I did this after cutting a habanero. Legitimately a top 3 pain of my life, if not 1. Stood in the shower for a half hour forcing my eye open under cold water. Fuck me
