They've been signaling these white nationalist things for month now. It's known.
And nothing about her background prevents it. The current white nationalist movement is the most important social movement of our lives and plenty of people are swept up in it. She sat like that for 15 minutes.
It's brilliant. She's telling a third of the country "don't worry; when we get in, we got you." AND, they get to call people who point it out nuts all while the moderates buy it (given how subtle it is, and as evidenced on this very thread) and buy into how "crazy the left is getting." They only way they can monkey it up is to start dropping N-bombs.
So I am totally serious. She sat there for 15 minutes signaling "white power." And it's her country. There's a chance it was accidental. There's a chance it was a signal. Actually, the more I think about it the more I think it was because any reaction becomes a win in the battle to own the libs.
The beauty of it is that there's plausible deniability. The reality is that white nationalists use this symbol.
