Why can't we just get straight answers any more? Did the DNC rig the election or didn't they? Try to find an answer. New Republic (supposedly a liberal media) say "no they didn't". They didn't rig anything unless you are talking about the whole super-delegate arrangement (which would be a fair consideration). As far as the DNC emails go..... As far as I'm concerned that is just a bunch of people involved in politics who are playing politics. I actually can't figure out what the big deal is as far as that goes. What, did everybody think they were all completely objective within the party??? I don't understand the outrage. It seems like business as usual to me. If that is rigged, then yeah, it's always been rigged. Nothing to see here. The entire US election process is completely fucked, and that has nothing to do with anyone who is currently running specifically.

I doubt they were fake. The problem with these emails is that many of them are being grievously taken out of context and misinterpreted and then those misinterpretations are being presented as fact.

The fact that you asked this is the answer to your question.

It's not a 'love' of American politics as much as it is an 'interest' in American politics. The 'interest' in your politics is directly tied to our fortunes which are somewhat intertwined with yours.

Sooo... put another way... when a bunch of Cletuses all 'git together' strumming their banjos, blowing into their whiskey jugs, shooting their assault rifles into the air from the back if their pick up trucks (outfitted with old sofas) and promote a bona fide idiot as the person to run their country so closely linked to ours... we tend to get interested.
