I get it. He's not lived up to the hype. Not even close. But what do they have to lose by putting him in the lineup every night? He's just wasting away at Lehigh. This team is garbage. Call him up. so where do we think Hamels ends up? I still think LA but the AL East being so tight do the Yanks or Red Sox get desperate enough to make the leap?
Yankees aren't trading for him. They need a couple bullpen arms. Boston is terrible and need a whole lot more than Hamels, which is awesome. Dodgers seem like they make the most sense but do they even need him? From a baseball standpoint, the Tigers probably make the most sense.
