Was thinking about getting that April package of like $4 games, but there is no way I am spending 9 straight days watching the Phillies in person.

that might be worse than water boarding. i don't think i could have handled 9 straight days when we were great let alone now.

It may be your only chance to catch them above .500 for a while.
    Alright, alright, alright!

They'll definitely be more interesting after some of these young bucks are called up.

Happy to see "Vinny" Velasquez make the rotation. Three young bucks rounding it out.

definitely going to be interesting to see the three young starters and how they develop this year. outfield has to be the worst in the majors. i was shocked to see David Murphy picked 3 teams in the NL to be worse than the Phils though. that's kind of hard to believe.

Well they should be a little better than last year but it makes no difference if they are the worst or second or third worst. All about these young bucks playing instead of guys like Jeff Francoeur. Hopefully Young Williams mashes the ball up in Lehigh and gets called up around mid season.

Thank you for pulling the starter, he was making my Reds look clueless. Your bullpen eats pecker. Reds will battle Phils for the worst record in MLB this season.

In no particular order, Cinci, Colorado, and Atlanta may all be worse than the Phils. But all in all a battle of who is the dumbest on the short bus.

All that aside, I'm more pumped for - and looking forward to - this season than the past 3 combined.

Fucking Louis CK doing a surprise show at helium tonight. Got the text from Helium at 1 to buy tickets in person, got to Helium by 1:15 and a line was around the corner. God dammit.

Line was all the way to 21st within 15 minutes. People were hopping out of cabs and sprinting to the line. Would be pretty god damn sweet, but no chance the end of the line when I got there was getting tickets.

Ugh, well looks like if I stuck it out I could have had tickets. Added a 2nd show, should have figured. Just swung by and no shit that the line goes from helium, to 21st, all the way up to chestnut and about half way a quarter of the way back to 20th. Not sure people are aware of how small the place is.

No. I think they won 86 games both years. He just was here for such a short amount of time that I think it's funny he's being honored like this. I don't know why they need to do this every single year.

I was at that game where he hit his 400th, though. That was awesome....as was Harry's call, of course.

    RIP HK
