I have seen MMJ twice at The Mann63schoefflin said:The Mann is starting to take on more rock concerts. Bands love playing there so expect to see this trending going forward. Years ago they wanted to get away from rock shows but now they are changing back.... I know someone on the board that's a giant Phish fan and that's what he echoed to me.
The Mann is the shit, I love it. Plus it's 5 mins from my house.

Only once myself. Hell of a show though. I'm pumped that Phish is comig back for 2 nights in August. I can't get enough of that place.'08- Camden 1-2 '09- Chicago 2; Spectrum 1-4

MMJ shows at camden on saturday, merriweather on sunday. that will be a great weekend0 -
There's a strip mall parking lot place on the bottom side of the venue, the McDonalds. Props to Dave for letting me know about it. You can park in there and it's less than a 10 minute walk to the gate. Nobody bothers your car.... Perfection.'08- Camden 1-2 '09- Chicago 2; Spectrum 1-4

Yeah you kinda messed up buying seats (assuming you paid more from them). Ive seen mmj a few times at red rocks. The 'reserved seats' are up way higher than ga and a waste. Ga is seated just like the reserved area, its all rows of bench seating. Ive never stressed about getting in there early and always get a great spot (superior to the reserved sections) and it doesnt get cramped either because of the benched layout. As long as you're with someone, leaving and returning to your spot is anything but a hassle. The Fixer said:anyone else been to red rocks? Will be my first time. I'm not a big fan of GA...I prefer to have a seat so I can grab beers and hit bathroom without having to fight through the crowds. I also would much rather tailgate than stand in line for hours before the show waiting for the gates to open. I ended up with row 30 for the MMJ show. Are these seats good? I have read a few things that being too high up at this venue really takes away from the show. Seats start at row 26, so I figure I'm not going to improve my seats much...but I'd consider biting the bullet and doing GA if row 30 is going to suck.
Advice appreciated...
Good news is anyone with reserved seats can move into the ga spots from what i recall.

Yeah, I'm going to sell the tix I have for row 30. There are tickets for row 1 and 2 for sale on secondary ticket sites (apparently GA starts at row 3). That's where I will be sitting.Lifted said:

Chicago in June. Philly/MD/VA in July. RR in August. Summer is gonna be awesome.
Also, agree that the song that just dropped is better than Big Decisions. Sounds like it could be a show opener.0 -
Can you post a link where you found these seats? I havent bought tickets yet and was gonna have to buy reserved cause ga sold out. Curious how much the first two rows can be acquired for.The Fixer said:
