  • Two MMJ songs played at the pub I was at yesterday. Surprised. First time hearing MMJ in the wild in Sweden.

I guess Jam On will be broadcasting some of MMJ's NYE show after the Phish show. That's what the MMJ Facebook group has been reporting.

Going away for awhile. All reports are that OBH will be their last appearance for awhile.

They are taking 2018 off aside from OBH.  I think they’re going to finish up part two of the waterfall and then hit the road in 2019. Sucks they’re taking the year off, but they are always touring so I understand.  I went to one of the Colorado new year’s shows a few weeks ago and it was amazing!

I don't know how I feel about it. Part of what I love about MMJ (as well as Pearl Jam) is not knowing what song is coming next. With the anticipation gone, I don't know how it would feel to be at a full album show. Plus, once you've heard their whole catalog, does it destroy your desire to see them again? There's no more white whales to chase.
