Yep. My Dad works for Ozinga who is handling the concrete over there. Amazing that they could fuck this up so badly when they've had so much time to prepare for it. They should have just torn down the grandstand and played at The Cell for a year.0 -

I used to live in "the coldest incorporated town in the lower 48 states" (Fraser, CO).... We poured concrete there whenever we needed to (and covered it with straw)....probably those pesky Chicago unions have something to do with this.
