    Hope they can lock it up today but excited to be headed to tomorrows game. Been a long time since ive been to a game this important. Not a better atmosphere in sports than Wrigley late in the yr when the Cubs are contending.

    Conflict of interest for me. Do i play with fire and hope SF wins tonight so i could potentially see a clincher tomorrow? Been lucky enough to see Zs nono and the last playoff game they won at Wrigley (game 2 of 03 nlcs) never saw a playoff clincher though.

    3 games at Wrigley for me this yr and 3 ls, 2 of them we got shutout. Ugh. Hoping pit wins the div or ideally pit and stl tie and have to have a one game playoff for div.

    MLB leading 13 walkoff wins. I don't know if that's a good stat or bad... A win is a win, but they get into those situations too frequently. Hendricks looked real good last night! Keep it up, kid!!

    I agree. I would rather have 5 solid innings from Hendricks and then a couple from Travis Wood than see Hammel or Haren on the mound.

    Haren looked pretty damn good last night! Maybe he'll get back into his postseason dominant form just in time.

    Indeed. That little benching they gave him seemed to spark a fire under his ass! Triple H (Hendricks, Hammel, Haren) has looked good this past week, too.
