    I am sure Rizzo just said it to get the crowd pumped up at the Cubs convention but he doesn't need to be making guarantees at this point. Too many things would need to fall into place to win the division this year.

    I agree that 2016 is the year that the Cubs make a serious run sat the Central division title.
