I think Front means the first half of the floor closest to the stage and West is the back half of the floor (think of starting at center ice for hockey).jjflash said:Re: GA at MSG. Anyone know the difference b/t GA 'Front' and GA 'West'? Are these regarding access points or are there two different GA sections?

Did you find them?! I thought you'd found the ticket area! :( Realizing I fucked up when I said you were on the right track though. The area is called pre-sales, not tickets. I am so sorry. Anyway, you surely must have found them before the pre-sale opened!PL10476 said:I hate the Vault website. Where are the tickets?!!?!
It.is a HORRIBLE website. It's so bad it's like they did it on purpose just to mess with us.Post edited by PJ_Soul onWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
Got a pair tooMedozK said:Got my tickets for Bridgestone Arena. Not the best venue, but should be an amazing show.
. Where are yours? The GA is a pretty extensive footprint, so I played it safe and got a pair in 107. They're directly stage right....they're close to the stage but I'm curious to see if there are any sightline obstructions, speakers in the way, etc. Will holler at you closer to showtime and maybe we can link up beforehand for a drink.

I am in 107 also, Row KK. They look like they should be good seats. My wife talked me out of GA, but I think these should be good. Its the first time I have taken advantage of Vault tickets....the process was quick and painless.jjflash said:

This makes sense if they were different prices, but if the same price, then I would be pissed.SVRDhand13 said:

This was on another forum. Might help you guys out a bit...
From Crowdsurge:Thank you for your email, and we apologize for any confusion.
We can confirm that all fan club tickets sold were General Admission West tickets, which are the front GA section closest to the stage.
The tickets in our system were mislabeled and all the Front tickets are actually West tickets.
Again, we apologize for any trouble, but please let us know if you have any other questions0 -
Yeah, that's how it goes as far as i can tell. Basically, you have go to TMR.com every fucking day to see what's happening because they don't alert anyone about pre-sales or a bunch of other stuff (like the early entry draws). Very frustrating.tempo_n_groove said:How did you find out about this? I got no damn email or anything. I found out after the fact…

Yeah, the communication via third man has always been terrible. Surprised an email wasn't sent out for something as big as MSGPJ_Soul said:

Good to know. I read on third man there may be a west GA that is all Fan Club, and another GA behind it that is open to the public.Dead Man Walking said:This was on another forum. Might help you guys out a bit...

After writing them I actually received a reply…
Hello Christopher,
I am afraid that we do not send out presale notifications.
Hope you are still able to get tickets..
Best,
Ian

They also post the show/vault/etc. announcements on twitter. Easy to follow and you can set it up to make their notifications come to you so you don't miss anything. Unfortunately, some stuff, like early entry draws and other exclusives, are only posted on the Vault site. You can catch most stuff on their social channels though.Horos said:

Third Man has always been low key on announcements and sometime have fun in just giving small details/clues about stuff...like the Vescovo experience. Wish I had the opportunity for that one.. :-O0

Looking for a GA for MSG anyone have an extra i can take off your hands please PM me ....Thanksjesus greets me looks just like me ....0

I don't really use facebook anymore, nor do most people I know. However, i did get the tweet. That being said I feel as though the price of a vault subscription should including touring notifications via email, but not random merch drops in the vault novelties.Horos said:

Hey Jose, Heads-up: Pre-sales are currently up for Nashville and NYC via Ticketmaster. I don't have the password for NYC so I couldn't check, but GA seats are available for Nashville.josevolution said:Looking for a GA for MSG anyone have an extra i can take off your hands please PM me ....Thanks

Damn!
It is with great sadness that we tell the world of the passing of the incredible musician Isaiah “Ikey” Owens. He will be missed and loved forever by his family, friends, bandmates and fans.
Ikey Owens was an astounding keyboard player in Jack White’s backing band. He also played with Mars Volta, Free Moral Agents, and many other projects.
Out of respect for Ikey, the remaining shows of the Jack White Tour in Mexico have been cancelled.
We will all miss you Ikey. You were and are an incredible artist.Post edited by Longueuil on0
