someone told me when dogs do that outside on grass, it's because they can smell another dog or another animal's poop nearby. any truth to this?

Drinking coffee on the couch, my dog curled up next to me asleep and gently snoring. This is my happy place.

Just got home from a great show at the Gorge.
Being on crutches has its perks, since I got shuttled everywhere which was awesome. Even more awesome when one came with this little guy on it!!

Piper goes to puppy play every saturday afternoon. Best 5 buck expenditure ever. Yesterday, she played with a lab, an aussie cattle dog, a shepherd/malamute mix, a pit/aussie mix, a terrier, some wooly brown and white thing and a french bulldog.

I didn't get it's name. I was too excited to have a travel buddy for the 5 min trip
