    well I've calmed down a bit. There may be ways around it, I spoke to one of the other girls and she suggested I find out if any of the other secretaries are taking the Easter holidays, they may need someone to fill in for them as this is done all the time. So then I wouldn't be taking holidays. I mean, I HAVE to take the two weeks in June anyway, I'll be able to afford to take them at my own expense and I WILL be taking them, but surely it's not in the company's best interest to have me taking 5 weeks instead of 3 for the summer?

    He's just a vindictive prick. Apparently he told the others at breakfast that handover is the 4th April, which means I WILL be finished here just after Easter so it would make absolutely no difference to him. He just loves getting one over on everyone. He's backstabbed EVERYONE on this job and it's simply my turn now. He KNOWS I'll get that filing done - but everytime he tells me to do it then he gives me something else to do.

    The only thing is, if that's what he told ME he said to her, what else DID he say to her? He basically gave me a bad reference while talking to her and he knew exactly what he was doing. I hope she mentions it to her husband tonight - cos her husband knows what a spineless weed he is too.

    The only thing that keeps me from showing my anger to him is reminding myself that he most definitely WAS bullied probably up until his mid 20s. He's a textbook case... ya know one of those lanky fuckers who have the respect of nobody and have no way of dealing with people at ALL but get off on what little power they have over others... cos they never had any physical power :mad:

    Ok so I called a girl on another site and she said that she IS taking the Easter holidays and she's going to ask around for me to see what they did last year and find out if the site's going to be open... so I may be getting somewhere.

    " it sounds like this is very hard for you right now" or
    "some people find bullying a helpful out let for other deep things that aren't being adressed"

    :D I'd love to... but not while I'm still with him cos he's done some serious backstabbing on other people so I've always managed to be civil at best to him. This one is actually mild for him :eek: giving me a bad reference within my own fucking company :eek: what the fuck?

    But I'm very good at saying the exact opposite of what I mean and enjoying it, like saying 'yes of course I'll do that for you' with a smile while thinking 'I hope you fall into a big fucking hole you WORM'
