    Was good Caz... Cinema and food on saturday and out on sunday. We were going to go to Stonehenge and Salisbury because I just love it there, but we didn't get our arse in gear early enough to went to the woods somewhere guilford way... was very nice because a lovely day yesterday!

    How was your Saturday night? Any leather for you? Got any tied up anywhere for me?

    ever had cramp so bad that 2 days later your calf muscle is so sore its hard to walk... i have that right now!!! cramp on saturda morning which asted almost 5mins of excruciating pain... and today its fucking acheing.

    It's normal for your calf to ache today Dunk.. Your muscle has been put under extreme tension. If the pain persists for more than a couple of days or if you get sharp pains that move up your leg, see a doctor right away.
