Can't wait for tomorrow. Been in need of something like a Glen concert to clear my head. Music heals."Sometimes you find yourself having to put all your faith in no faith."

uninnocent- wrote:Child Of The 90s wrote:Great show! He played some stuff on his own, but he also had a 9 piece band backing him up (with some other special guests along the way). At one point he came out and played with his guitar unplugged and no mic, which was great because I was in the second row. Definitely a memorable evening.
Hearing smile at the end of Astral Weeks is always nice too!
I had a great time at the show. Everything sounded great from start to finish. Highlights included Leave, Astral Weeks, Gold, Say it to Me Now and Passing Through.

Can't even begin to explain how incredible the 9:30 Club show was last night. Very much needed not only for me, but for the friend who I ended up going with. Funny how stuff like that works out. Glen is just hands down one of the most incredible, talented musicians out there. I am amazed every time he opens his mouth to sing. This was my 4th Glen performance (x2 opening for Eddie, once at the Beacon in NYC this June) and he just gets better every time! Highlights were: High Hope, Astral Weeks, Song of Good Hope, Fitzcarraldo, Drive All Night, the most fun version of Don't Do It to close, and the busking versions of Say It To Me Now and Gold. My friend and I were very close to the stage, about 5-6 people were in front of us to begin with. Then when the people in front of us who we made nice with left, there were only about 2-3 people in front of us! Amazing to feel the energy leap off the stage. At the end my friend and I both ended up getting picks and setlists
Pretty awesome close to a wonderful night.

did anyone here order their tickets through Crowdsurge from Glen's website? I swear that they were willcall only, but my wife says that she saw them here at our house. I'm thinking she saw some other tickets for a different show, since I haven't found them.0

Saw Glen Saturday night in Cincy. 4th row... This is my 4th time seeing Glen, and the first time seeing him headline. Good god it was an amazing show. Seriously, even the opening band was amazing.E.
