    The Giants have a significant Yankee connection nowadays. Besides Melky Cabrera, their coaching staff includes Dave Righetti, Roberto Kelly and Hensley Meulens. It likely stems from the fact that GM Brian Sabean worked for the Yankees during the early 1990s and late 1980s.
