    I've seen G under P post this story in the past about Nugent, i beleive on the Other Music thread. It wasn't politically motivated then, i dont belive it is this time either. Just seems to be stating what a dick Nugent is from his experiance.

    It's a judicial mandate saying a prisoner will be brought before the court to decide if the government has the right to continue holding them.

    A prisoner (or someone representing them) will have it filed and a judge will decide.

    I think he claims not to take his words literally in the song also
    and yes I have heard the chit chat over the drugs back in the day,
    heard something to the contrary.

    I never knew he did that song till the last thread on him a few months back,
    kind of backs up what I had heard.

    Its a favorite of mine as a kid a nice trippy song.

    If he never did drugs in the late 60's/ 70's well he must have been an outcast!
