Yeah. Calling it a "fan" club is wrong. More just the buiness side of the band. Taking care of limited items and VIP packages. Having a relationship with the fans or communicating is not a part of it.
"Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"
I'm really sorry to everyone who got screwed out of getting 10C tix.
However, I am curious to hear from those who did get tickets.
(I got in, waited in an online 'que' and had my tickets by about 7:20--I live in Istanbul, so I am GMT+2.
I had NO problem at all, once I finally could get into the Crowdsurge's system...one pair for Berlin)
SO, this isn't trying to rile anybody up, but for those who did get tix--are we all good?
BTW, I just looked at a few of the online outlets and tickets seem to be pretty easy to buy right now...
I am one of the apparently very few 10C members who actually got tickets. My wish as soon as the dates came out was to attend Amsterdam and Scandinavia. I got exactly what I wanted and it took me about two hours to get all the tickets.
I am nonetheless really offended by the "sabotage" excuse invented by 10C, I am questioning the solution they've come up with (10C tickets sale stopped and tickets given to public sale? what's the membership for, then?) I am truly sorry for those who didn't get tickets and I am sure that those who did got tickets will organise a spare sale/trade so at least some of those left out will be able to attend some of the shows.
I am wondering what are 10C doing with my annual membership money, with all our money. I am wondering if at this stage, after many failures in providing a service we all pay for, isn't it just better to give up the membership and buy tickets directly on public sale.
10C you've failed in the past and you're failing again. People here are getting very frustrated and you're going to lose a lot of members. Ultimately it's a damage to the band, and a fanclub should always be loyal to fans and the band. I hope Pearl Jam are aware of this and even if they are not directly involved with 10C do something about it and maybe partner with some other ticketing company in the future, one that can provide a serious service and not fail and lie on top of it like 10C.

Blackout weaves its way through Europe!
Cannot believe how tenclub members have been treated, I'm livid about it, back to work tomorrow 7am til 830pm for 4 days...... Bang goes my chances of getting ANY tickets for this shitty little 'tour'. Thanks all involved! Any spares for Manchester or Amsterdam please PM me and I'll check when I get home from work. 3 days off wasted on stress!

Got tickets for Manchester & Berlin in about an hour due to constant refreshing despite the page message saying not to do so as I was in a 'queue'!! That was fine till page went blank then you didn't know what to do...
Delighted I got tix first time but I'm actually embarressed for TenClub & their 'Sabotage' excuse!! Complete shambles from which I doubt TenClub will recover...
I called 10c up and in fairness, the girl who I spoke to sounded really upset about what had happened over the Crowdsurge issue. She had had a sleepless night/worked all night and really took on board my comments. I didn't like the email this morning though, didn't say sorry or offer anything as compensation, and things could have been communicated better from this side. But to erradicate anything like this happening again, Pearl Jam PLC need to offer:
* Staggered ticket sales for various dates
* Ticket sales more than two or three days before everyone else if this happens again
* Work with a trusted source, even if that's via its own site
In fairness, Pearl Jam PLC have got the money from sales which loyal 10clubbers have missed out on. I only renew my membership (seven years ongoing) on the off chance they tour. I have been lucky that I have seen them four times (three via pre-sales, and one via a fan who had a spare at Shepherd's Bush) although this Crowdsurge fiasco has been a very poor experience. I booked hotel in Manchester, thankfully it was only £30, and booked time off work. But despite the good service I do believe 10c offer, I think the higher management of the band have to take a long look at themselves over this. Please sort this in future or fans who have supported the band and 10c for a long time may say 'what's the point?'
Rock on!!!!
Seen Pearl Jam 4 times in London, once in Manchester, as well as an Eddie show at Hammersmith.
Despite getting no sleep in Australia, and actually having tix in my cart several times....I have missed out on European tickets. Extremely sad moment for me as I was expecting a trip of a lifetime. Such a shame that short notice was given on the resolution....which obviously did not work in my favour.
I get it that shit happens, but am not a big fan of the way this has been handled. As a result, I will be in Europe without Pearl Jam tix...bugger!
I guess this one was just outside of our control.....
Just a suggestion, but why doesn't the band go back to the way we used to get tickets? Actually go to the venue, or a specified shop and purchase them there. As 10C members we can get a code or some such thing which allows us to go a couple of days earlier than everybody else, and means fans in the specific country get first option too. I've been going to shows for years and always used to manage to get tickets until the introduction of the internet. Now people and bands alike are just willing to rip off the fans desperate to see and hear the music they love. One other thing, surely the bands in conjunction with eBay and all those middlemen sites can get rid of the hugely inflated prices and prevent the poor average joe who wants to see them getting ripped off. Or do they truly not give a crap about the 'proper' fans.
Disappointed, thought these guys were slightly different, guess it really does just boil down to money at the end of the day.

I managed to get 2 standing tix for manchester after about 45 mins, but i did have 2 laptops on the go and just kept refreshing the both. i've checked, and double checked by crowdsurge account and the tix are there and monies have left my account, so hopefully i can relax now...
feel terrible for all the guys that tried and tried to no avail. :(

+1. We have to respect them but its clear as daylight that the powers that be in 10C don't respect us.

I got seated tickets for Manchester in less than a minute. My first credit card was declined, and I had the leisure to pay with a second one. The only explanation I have was Chrome and the fact that I only had one pair, so it took me less time and the charge on my card was not too high. And the fact that I had good karma after multiple days spending 4+ hours in anguish in front of a computer hitting refresh in the last 5 years. Yes, sabotages of the 10C purchase system date back at least five years
... and the will to show I will always be better than before.

If you're worried, save your receipt that clearly states you have the tickets. If you don't have it in your email, go to your crowdsurge account (www.crowdsurge.com) and log in with the username and password from Ten C and screenshot or PDF those. I have multiple confirmations of these. Not taking any changes. Also called my cc to triple check the payment went through.
I'm not even mad anymore. It's just really upsetting to see this happen again and again.
The worst thing about this for me is that I've disappointed my wife. We were going to hit 3 shows this summer for our 5th wedding anniversary. I proposed to her the night before a Pearl Jam show we went to in Hawaii and I took her to her first show in 2003. Their music is a huge part of our lives and it would have been a really special experience to get away with the woman I love for a week without our two young children and just have a good time.
The pre-sale was a mess and I got shut out completely. We're no longer going to Europe as we couldn't secure 10c tickets for the shows that agreed with our travels.
Hopefully they tour in June/July of 2017. It would make a great 10 year anniversary gift, I guess.
with the track history 10C have on ticket sales - I am speculating many members login on multiple computers/browsers ... so, although there are only x members looking for tickets ... that number is actually 2 -3 times that because of the multiple sessions ... i recall hearing that crowdsurge wasn't as seamless as some would hope in previous sales with users who have used them before ...
