And they didn't. They simply underestimated the demand and now they look stupid. And my ass hurts. And fuck Tim Bierman.

    Ten club membership buys me the honour of running the gauntlet with the touts. I had faith that there would still be chance for us to get some tickets. Absolutely gutted. Gone to bed late, got up early, had arguments with my partner (I can see her point. Why don't I care about other things as much?), called Seattle, called Crowdsurge god knows how many times and for what? I am going to run the gauntlet. And if I miss out I am past caring now. At least we can rest knowing that CRowdsurge will lose some money. Wow, what a great reward.

    Well, if this is sabotage then it is a crime, and members of the public are within their rights to report any crimes they believe have taken place to the authorities. We wouldn't want this to go unreported and brushed under the carpet would we?

    Woke up this morning to an email from 10c regarding the presale update...woah are my eyes deceiving me? Sabotage? Really?
    Me thinks someone is covering their own arses by blaming others rather than taking responsibility. :?

    I want to type out part of Bushleaguer here, but I don't want to drag the guys music directly into the mess.

    I hope the band are not aware of this fiasco, I'd be embarrassed by it.

    Good luck with tickets everyone, if I get spares I'll post and sell at no profit or swap, we need to be constructive and sort this out for ourselves.

    As far as stupid excuses go, this is up there with Motley Crue cancelling a UK tour because of concerns about the weight of snow on venue roofs.

    If Spinal Tap had done this, we would all have laughed.

    As someone who got the tickets he wanted, I can see the humour in the situation, but the implications of what's happened here are pretty severe.

    10C as it stands is a dead duck and the sabotage bit is an insult to the intelligence of anyone whose second favourite band isn't Insane Clown Posse.

    Pearl Jam need to think hard about where to go from here.

    If they want to keep things in house and not piss everyone off to the point their appeal becomes much more selective, they're going to have to overhaul the 10C so it's fit for purpose. That may mean playing more shows to cover the overheads. This might also have the pleasant effect of spreading the demand around. Crazy stuff...

    If that's not an option then they really need to stop pretending they can pull it off on this scale. A half arsed, incompetent 10C is no use to anyone.

    I still can't find the word sorry or apologies, which is the least they could do

    Sad of how they are treating us, server issues or incompetenc of crowdsurge is probably out of 10C control but saying sorry to the thousands that wasted their time and that paid to have the ability to buy tix before general sale is in your control and not even a word to apologize is simply unacceptable

    I got a spare one for Amsterdam....
    I've got a spare seated ticket for Manchester. My contribution to this; I've used crowdsurge before for RHCP Uk presale in the summer. Took me all of 2 minutes to get those. Was on the Pj presale for almost 2 hours to get the tickets I wanted. After losing Manchester tickets twice I went on crowdsurge main site which was running fine and completed checkout there. Managed to buy my Stockholm pair through the Pj form in the end. The 2 confirmation emails looked slightly different so I called crowdsurge who said that that both confirmations would be sent to 10c and not to worry. I'm no techie but each part of the process having the same link can't be a clever idea. Pm me about Manchester spare if you need it.

    Very disappointing when you pay for a membership just to get your hands on some tickets without the hassle and worries. And then you end up having to buy them in the normal public sale... :evil:
