But no... "Tenclub". That's not right, don't make that update out to be said by some anonymous worker at 10c.
not the slightest "sorry guys" :?
thats so sad in and of itself
Tim strikes me more of a "if you don't like it, then leave" kind've guy based on his previous comments...not one to apologize.

I am gutted by this, twice on Tuesday I got to cart stage twice, once I was putting in my card details when I was thrown off the site, been trying since to retrieve tickets that I thought I had but it now seems they have gone as there has been no payment taken.
I can't gain access to the general sale on Friday as my computer at work blocks all external sites and I don't have a smart phone.
Looks highly likely I will be fucked for getting any tickets for Manchester ... This has been a shocking waste of time.
Disgusting how we are being treated,I doubt I will be renewing my membership,as it doesn't give any REAL benefits,a shitty t-shirt is all I have ever received.
“There should be a place where only the things you want to happen, happen”
Not like anyone in this organization reads this stuff or cares about any of this, but count me in as another member and longtime fan who will not be renewing. It was fun PJ, but I'm out. Time to find a band with good people in its organization that actually cares about its fans and its music more than money. "We're big on respect around here." Oh please.

all involved now strongly believe that there has been an act of sabotage from an outside source that has prevented fans from executing their ticket purchases. CrowdSurge and TenClub will conduct further investigation into this matter.
How lawyerly!
I guarantee there won't be any "further investigation" these two entities are now at odds. CS failed in its responsibility to provide the services it was contracted for. As far as the "sabotage" I can only speculate that this buys time in the hope that you'll soon forget about it. It's all rubbish, they've officially jumped the shark with this latest debacle.
Sabotage?? Wow, really? This is what they come up with? How about all the other failed pre-sales, were those sabotage also? It seems like a very amateurish move to claim that a saboteur is running amok fouling up PJ 10c sales!

Day 3 of the ticket hunt are about to begin. With two org's trying to maneuvre their hands down my pocket i keep on going. in these times of war i need no sleep, and i will not take affect of the tenclub silence, nor that they delete messages. i will sit here like a dog, eventually i WILL get tickets!
If it's a good cause, I'll play just about anything.
Is it an option for all of us in here to buy an extra ticket or two for the shows we are able to buy, so we can swap with each other to all get into the shows we want (at least for GA, even though there might be problems for getting early entry wristbands - still I think ten club should try to help us out on this one)?
Dunno if anyone posted this suggestion already, but it would be standing together and cooperating as fans, wouldn't it? To try to prevent black market speculators to get too many tickets...
Is anyone buying that there was "sabotage"???!??! That has to be the biggest line of horseshit I've ever heard. Who would do it and why?? As hard as I think about it, I can't think of anyone that would benefit from sabotaging several presales. I'll tell you exactly what happened. They made a decision to use an "independent" ticketing agency so they can "support the little guy" or say, "fuck you, ticketmaster", etc. So they started looking for companies. They contacted crowdsurge and they told them "yeah, yeah, yeah...we've done TONS of pre-sales and our servers can handle 2 world's worth of traffic. We have allllll the bandwidth in the world". And they didn't. They simply underestimated the demand and now they look stupid. And my ass hurts. And fuck Tim Bierman.
Ten club membership buys me the honour of running the gauntlet with the touts. I had faith that there would still be chance for us to get some tickets. Absolutely gutted. Gone to bed late, got up early, had arguments with my partner (I can see her point. Why don't I care about other things as much?), called Seattle, called Crowdsurge god knows how many times and for what? I am going to run the gauntlet. And if I miss out I am past caring now. At least we can rest knowing that CRowdsurge will lose some money. Wow, what a great reward.
Rock on!!!!
Seen Pearl Jam 4 times in London, once in Manchester, as well as an Eddie show at Hammersmith.
Well, if this is sabotage then it is a crime, and members of the public are within their rights to report any crimes they believe have taken place to the authorities. We wouldn't want this to go unreported and brushed under the carpet would we?
Woke up this morning to an email from 10c regarding the presale update...woah are my eyes deceiving me? Sabotage? Really?
Me thinks someone is covering their own arses by blaming others rather than taking responsibility. :?

As far as stupid excuses go, this is up there with Motley Crue cancelling a UK tour because of concerns about the weight of snow on venue roofs.
If Spinal Tap had done this, we would all have laughed.
As someone who got the tickets he wanted, I can see the humour in the situation, but the implications of what's happened here are pretty severe.
10C as it stands is a dead duck and the sabotage bit is an insult to the intelligence of anyone whose second favourite band isn't Insane Clown Posse.
Pearl Jam need to think hard about where to go from here.
If they want to keep things in house and not piss everyone off to the point their appeal becomes much more selective, they're going to have to overhaul the 10C so it's fit for purpose. That may mean playing more shows to cover the overheads. This might also have the pleasant effect of spreading the demand around. Crazy stuff...
If that's not an option then they really need to stop pretending they can pull it off on this scale. A half arsed, incompetent 10C is no use to anyone.

I hope the band are not aware of this fiasco, I'd be embarrassed by it.
Good luck with tickets everyone, if I get spares I'll post and sell at no profit or swap, we need to be constructive and sort this out for ourselves.
