    man when our offense is bad it looks really weak doesn't it? lots of weak ground balls.

    i can't watch Francisco much longer. he is quickly becoming one of my least favorite Phils of all time. he just bothers me.

    and does anyone still really believe chase utley is a 'phenominal' defensive player as a few on here tried to argue during the off-season?

    i spent a couple of weekends in the burgh and enjoyed my time there. take yourself to the church brewery and pray over a beer. :lol:

    Wow, Howard was really horrible yesterday. Utley doesn't look like himself - hopefully he's just playing into shape.

    Fixer is right - Pittsburgh is awful. Very overrated city.

    I said it before and I HOPE IM WRONG but Utley's done imo at least for this year. And yes Howard has looked like shit lately and needs to step it up. For whatever reason we can't beat these guys,i don't get it. With Doc on the hill hopefully we get outta there with 1.

    I hear you, give him some time though. Dudes 10 or so games into his season. Gotta at least give him 150 at bats or so before you start worrying.

    we got almost 2 months to judge this regular lineup before the deadline. let's give it a little more than 2 games, eh?
