Not necessarily. As MayDay10 quoted a post from ShawnNYC which says his original tix were dumped, but he was able to get on just before midnight EST and secure tix.

Oh man, if that's true, they absolutely CANNOT honor those purchases.

And who are these people trying to do it anyway, after being told to wait.

Not people I'd want to hang out with. They're people screwing their fellow club members. So not cool.

Just take a look at the threads that were started last night. Even the infamous Speedy himself started a thread after midnight saying he got tickets. And I don't think he was on at all yesterday.

I have no dog in this race, as I never intended to go to PJ20. However, if a lot of people took a break for the night after Tim posted (as he said to), only to find out that a lot of people got tix after that, well, that's bullshit. People may say that there's a ton of tix available, but someone out there is going to be left out. Shitty.

Ok, I didn't realize that. I was honestly already "processing". If my tickets got dumped, I would've done the same as most folks and logged off. I'm sorry to hear that they kept processing new orders. Not sure of 10c is to blame, or the people who kept ordering... Maybe a little of both.
I can honestly say that I wish I didn't spend 10 hours for my tickets, considering there are so many left, and they will hopefully have this fixed so the rest of the people should have an easier time.
It's a good thing there's plenty of tickets left. I hope you all get one! :)

I have to say having got up at 2.30 am(australia time!) to get in orignally, getting no sleep and then working once the announcement was made and now waiting for the 8am (1am) update so another night of no sleep Iwill be very dissappointed if I miss out!
I don't mean to offend anyone, a lot of what I say should be taken with a grain of salt... that said for most of you I'm a stranger on a computer on the other side of the world, don't give me that sort of power!

    Seriously....what a fucking mess.

This shit would run more smoothly if we still had to send a money order along with address and personal information on a 3x5 index card. How ridiculous is that?

this really has gotten out of hand. i was on since noon yesterday for tix...had them in my cart within 10 minutes....got into checkout numerous times...one time I made it all the way to entering my credit card info and hitting submit before it crashed again. After they posted that they were going to process all the orders of people in the middle of checkout, I checked late last night and I no longer had tix in my cart, i did not have the tix in my order history, and nothing on my credit card...so what gives? Stop making promises you dont keep! I will do my best to try again today but once again i will be at work but today i actually have meetings and the boss will be in...so i cannot do this all god damn day again! If pj20 doesnt go smoothly....im considering opting out....which is really fuckin sad. Ill instead just try for the toronto shows.

The thing that just blows about this is that they should have known that everyone and their mother wanted to go to PJ20....i mean you hype it up for a whole year...what did you expect?! you shouldve taken the extra fees youve been charging us for memberships now and bought a new server that can handle how many people you have in your fanclub. Otherwise...go back to the old days and do mail orders since you cannot handle your demand. Some of us are getting too old to keep getting our feathers all ruffled everytime there is a ticket presale. I have enough stress and anxiety from my everyday life...pearl jam is my release...please lets keep it that way!
Seems that needlessly it's getting harder
To find an approach and a way to live
Are we getting something out of this
    all-encompassing trip?

trying to buy tix from Pearl Jam yesterday was like playing the "claw" arcade game.. got em, lost em, got em again..nothing..

I tried to purchase tix from 1-9:45PM EST.. I had them in my cart several times and even got to put in my cc info in .. and nothing.

I barely slept last night I kept having nightmares that F5 was chasing me.

    I couldn't agree more!!

All though I did get through and get a travel package! One of the lucky few I guess.

This whole process is a mess. There is no real definitive way to fix what has happened, only to fix it so it don't happen again.

One pair of shows the ENTIRE YEAR, back to back, celebrating 20 years, Pearl Jam, Worldwide, USA, central, huge fan club, system crashed many times before, hype and more hype, ALL ADDS UP TO TROUBLE.

A drunk, high, near comotosed fan lying in a parking lot with vomit on them could have figured out this was going to be a giant clusterf**k from the start.

all I have to say is that I had tix in my cart...there is a picture of tix in my cart on my FB....along with errors 500, 502, 504 and bad gateway and gateway timeout.

I kept clicking F5 and clickclickclickclickclickclick.....all night until 8pm pacific...and still no tix. Maybe PJ20 is not in the cards for me. Guess I have to wait another 10 years to see PJ. :|

damn that's awful but good luck, have hope and faith

i'm sure that once this whole fail of a ticketing system gets sorted out
a lot of people on here, if not all who wanted tickets yesterday and didn't get them, will be able to
they'll still have a lot of tickets left, i'm sure of it.

can't alpine hold like 30,000 people? and if 10c had more than the normal amount of tickets there's still bound to be lots more tickets available?

i really feel for those people who couldn't get them, didn't come on here yesterday to avoid it and make it easier for everyone buying tickets. totally didn't expect this to happen, it is awful. but i'm sure that they will make up for it, they need to make up for what happened and i feel like they will.

I got through to my cart several times but could never get to "checkout"

This process is just screwed up. 10c needs to find some new IT people...seriously. It's obvious that this whole process is on a shoestring budget. When they finally came to the point where they knew they had to upgrade their system they probably had the Best Buy Geek squad install it.

This shouldn't have happened. Any IT person worth a dog turd would have known what the capabilities of the system would be. Because it is taking this long to fix it is proof that it wasn't done correctly.

All these people added new tickets and checked out new transactions.

    Complete horseshit

I agree that I would be totally po'd if I woke up to find that people were scoring tickets all night long.

However, I did have my tickets in my cart at 8:30PM EST last night. I inputted my CC card info around 10 times, but the site keep crapping out before it could complete my transaction. I view that as I was trying to complete my transaction. I subsequently was kicked out of the site until just before midnight. I kept trying to get back in since I was in the middle of my transaction when the site stopped working for me. When I got back in, it said my cart was empty, but it allowed me to re-insert the Alpine Valley package and I was able to checkout.

Given I was at the CC entering page for a 1/2 hour 2 hours earlier, I felt that I was in the middle of the transaction. The fact the site dumped my cart is inconsequential to me as I was in the middle of my original transaction.

Again - I sympathize with everyone in this dibacle, but do not feel like I did anything wrong or unsavory and just wanted to help out those trying to get tickets.

I dont blame anyone for buying tickets latenight.

Its the fact that this was possible and allowed to go on. Completely unfair by the administration of the ten club. IMO, it is the same as people entering a sale and buying tickets before the sale.

Tim said there is plenty left, so the good news is the people who are host because they couldn't get tickets will still be able to, and will probably feel much more at ease when they do.

If your going to put off the canadian sale date at least give people some time to shuffle schedules to acesss the tickets. I took the day off today, and now will most likely not be able to get tickets tomorrow. What a dissapointing day, waste of a precious vacation day, and a missed chance at using my what seems to be useless ten club membership over the past few years...
