    So I have an order in my order history for the selected Travel Package, CC authorization but no confirmation email, but at least there is an order number. Will be travelling from from down under, and now I too can sleep :D

    woohoo! In my order history too! Not on my CC charged yet and no confirmation email, but it is in my history. I pray this is the end!

    Why am I so worried about a transaction that is pending on my credit card, just because I never got a confirm e-mail?

    Man, fandom drives me nuts. :D

    I tied and tried all day. Had to leave for a few hours this evening, but thought I'd try again when I got home. I'd been to the checkout multiple times during the day. I'm happy to say that I FINALLY got my tickets about 5 minutes ago!!! Cant wait for Labor Day Weekend!

    So, now, with the links, people can walk right in and buy right now.

    Can't wait for the fall out when others wake up and find out that the store, really wasn't closed.

    Okay, so, I think if you did NOT get a confirmation e-mail, then you just must have gotten knocked out before the "a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you shortly" page.

    I bought the tickets.
    It kicked me back to an empty cart.
    I received no e-mail.
    But the tickets were in my order history, on my credit card, and I am not allowed to purchase more.

    Then, when I ordered Expo tickets:
    I bought the tickets.
    I was taken to a "confirmation will be sent shortly page"
    And received an e-mail seconds later.

    I had the same experience. still have not recieved my ticket order confirmation email but recieved my expo pass email within seconds. I'm just happy i can sleep tomorrow :D Good luck to everyone who has not gotten tickets

    if you use this link it is working now



    you may have to hit refresh a couple of times but i was able to order tickets and get a confirmation email

    I got some a few minutes ago 7pm UK time (11pm PT) when I woke up after giving up last night. My only worry is that when I put my card details in it timed out, however they're in my order history. When I try'd again it said my order limit had expired for this event. Do you think I got em?

    I think so.

    It'd be pretty bogus for us to not be able to buy tickets and to have a pending bill and then end up with no tickets, just because the confirm e-mail didn't get sent before it timed out.

    Lets hope there is enough tickets for everyone tomorrow or its going to be really bad. I didn't think this could get any worse……

    1. They didn't know the servers would be down this long
    2. Given that the "direct link" option of attempting to get tickets when the store went down likely wasn't anticipated, they had to make decisions on the go about how to handle these transactions

    I just got res/gen tickets and expo pass for 9/3. They had been in my cart since 12:03 CST and I got email confirmation and funds have been withdrawn.

    So, what will be the fall out when the 8am PT announcement is, "We're sorry, due to an error, our store actually was open all night. Tickets are sold out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

    I never got a confirmation e-mail but my credit card was charged and when I was able to check my order history they were there. I'm so nervous not knowing if I really got tickets or not. :sick:
