  • I never got a confirmation e-mail but my credit card was charged and when I was able to check my order history they were there. I'm so nervous not knowing if I really got tickets or not.

This is extremely frustrating. I had tickets in my cart at several different points yesterday but was not able to complete the purchase. Now, they are not in my cart or order history and it looks like I may be shit out of luck

yeah me too... card not charged and no order history sign of anything having happened despite having spent however many hours trying.... and filling in c/c details three times. Couldn't get the back route secure links to load for me at any point either despite hours of constantly refreshing.
I don't mean to offend anyone, a lot of what I say should be taken with a grain of salt... that said for most of you I'm a stranger on a computer on the other side of the world, don't give me that sort of power!

If your going to put off the canadian sale date at least give people some time to shuffle schedules to acesss the tickets. I took the day off today, and now will most likely not be able to get tickets tomorrow. What a dissapointing day, waste of a precious vacation day, and a missed chance at using my what seems to be useless ten club membership over the past few years...

how the fuck do the let sales go on all night, When they said that there wouldnt be sales until after an announcement at 8AM PST?

    pretty fucking unfair.

this is the same as them messing up and allowing people to buy tickets before an onsale.

If I reach to the step of choosing the type of tix and then to the billing address page and from there hit the checkout tab. Does this means tat 10c is going to try to process my order :?:

tim said people who had tickets in their cart would be allowed to complete checking out.

All these people added new tickets and checked out new transactions.

    Complete horseshit

I would say that there is a chance that 10c does not have to honour transactions for NEW orders after 6:30PT from yesterday since they clearly stated that the store would be closed to any new orders...

Sounds to me like they should delay the Alpine sale for a few days and sort all this shit out. Maybe do it on a Saturday, so that those of us who took time off work yesterday don't have to do so again. Let the people trying to get tickets for the Canadian tour have their fun today.

It's been asked a thousand and 5 times...but really, how hard is it to get a system that works? Why do you never hear of other bands having this problem? :?

So, now, with the links, people can walk right in and buy right now.

Can't wait for the fall out when others wake up and find out that the store, really wasn't closed.

Wait so people kept getting tickets even after Tim posted maybe it was just the people that were in the middle of transactions no ? , if not that would be total crap i mean can this get any worse

nope. many posts that say things like:

As people are saying, keep trying. Just got the Alpine Valley travel package just before midnight EST. This is after not being able to get anything but "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" since 8:30 EST.

The tickets I originally had in my cart were actually dumped. I used
    re-added tickets and checked out.

    Good luck!

I was in the middle of checkout, when Tim posted that. Hours later I was able to finish checkout. So my assumption is that those posts throughout the night were people who were in the middle of processing the orders and not necessarily new orders...

Im reading a lot of posts from people overnight who initiated new transactions.... not leftover half checked out ones.

Choosing between PJ20 and Phish for Labor Day was a hard decision...till now. Took me 5 minutes to put in for Phish tickets. Most of you guys spent more time trying for tickets than Pearl Jam will spend on stage. Seems unfair when it's not necessary...there are good servers or entire ticket services for rent out there.
