    What a major fuck up this is.

    Maybe to make up for it The Ten Club will send out emails to all of us promising something to make up for it. Something that will also be just a big fuck up and huge disappointment. Perhaps something Big, Bold and Free.

    I'm not mad at 10C, but looks like I am out for Canada tickets. Cheers to all who benefit and very sorry to those in my situation.

    All the best 10 Club - I know you guys are doing all you can.

    I think people need to remember that on the end of the other line (10C), are people just like you and me. It's not like there is some magical server/wizard that can handle the traffic and the chaos that is tickets. Issues like this are bound to happen, whether it be banking, tickets, stocks, housing or retail. Not everything goes according to plan.

    I respect and appreciate your efforts 10 Club and will try my best for Canada tickets, despite the day delay.

    It's great that people are getting tickets now but it makes this delay of the Canadian presale even more frustrating. Lots of people made arrangements at work to be available for tomorrow to buy tickets. Then 10C staggers the sale, then they delay it a day. Why not just move the Canadian presales earlier or later on the same day? What's the big rush on Alpine tickets that they have to be sold tomorrow, especially since we all wasted most of today? They don't go on sale on Ticketmaster until June 4th. Put the Canadian ones on sale tomorrow first, and then put Alpine up again later in the day. Now for people that have jobs, families, other commitments, we have to spend a third day sitting on the computer.

    for any of you still sweating thru this, i used jhwjr17 's link (page 5) straight to the cart (which was empty, it had timed out), i hit tickets, picked my package, (ha) and went thru the rest of the process as if i was buying a shirt...very easy once i got in...it did take a few more refreshes and then i hit the button on the Internet Explorer cannot display webpage page that says Diagnose Problems...it said there wasnt a problem but when i clicked close, it went straight to my empty cart...i hope this helps someone because it made my flippin day/night...i think i got that users name correct, its either that or jwhjr17...best of luck!!!

    Is there any way to check my order history besides going through the "goods", which is now closed for the night?

    this sucks balls, i booked Tuesday off a week in advance to buy these tickets and now Im working wednesday fuck am I pissed off. then i remembered: it's only pearl jam tickets.

    So Motorhead didn't show to the Foos show tonight in IA... instead Foos had almost a 3 hour set... almost didn't go due to today, but what does this mean?

    Man... I hope so. Great show, was a sign on the door stating Motorhead couldn't make it so FF would be doin' a 2.5 hr set. They did longer than that...
