ALPINE & CANADA ON-SALE UPDATE

Our IT brains are still working diligently to rectify the Alpine ticketing situation.

There are currently some people who already had items in their carts and who are able to continue the checkout process, very slowly.

Here's what we're going to do:

-- Those who were already in the check-out process, stick with us and we're going to try to process your order.

-- Those who aren't already, give it a rest tonight so we can get those who are officially in the middle of the check-out process checked out and work on the site.

-- We are going to close the store tonight to ANY NEW TICKET ORDERS in order to work on the system for tomorrow.

-- At 8am PT tomorrow morning, we will post on the Ten Club "news" section information regarding when the Alpine ticket sale will resume.

-- If it's still not working at 8am PT, we will say that.

-- If it's working at 8am PT, we'll provide a time for when the on-sale will resume, which be AT LEAST TWO HOURS later, so that everyone has time to prepare.

--The good news is, there are PLENTY of tickets still available.

CANADA ON-SALE POSTPONED TO WEDNESDAY

Due to the problems surrounding today's Alpine pre-sale, the Ten Club is going to postpone the Canada pre-sale to Wednesday May 25th (during the same hours as previously scheduled) to help ensure all systems are up and running smoothly.

Once again, we're really sorry this happened and will do everything we can to fix it as soon as possible.

THANK YOU for the update. A little earlier so I would not have wasted eight and a half hours would have been appreciated, but at least there is SOME news coming out. Best of luck to everyone, and I'll see you all here at 8:00AM (hopefully) if I am able.

This is complete bullshit why wasn't a message like this posted before when the site crashed? A great way to spend my day off, and now I have to work tomm. so I probably won't end up getting tickets. Thanks :oops:

I got all the way to the checkout page and entered my credit card info...but could not get past this page.
Please advise us what we should do to complete our orders. :ugeek:

So who does this cover? The people that did get it to go all the way through but haven't got an email confirmation yet? Or does it cover somebody like myself who got to put in my credit card information but couldn't make it to the next step? No way can it include everybody that had tickets in their carts because that's just about damn near everybody at this point. Sure there are plenty of tickets still available, but there can't be that many can there?

Tim, early in the day I put my cc info in, it loaded for a long time.. and it booted me.

I have had a package in my cart most of the day. i wonder if its still there. Havent been able to see a checkout screen for about an hour,

derbydave - check your credit card account to see if there's a pending charge. it's not a guarantee, but it will at least tell you it was submitted. the order status page is your best bet, but is probably crashing hard still.

I just entered my credit card info 10 minutes ago and cant get past the last screen. Feel free to force it though if your able to.

I could not put any tix in my cart for over 3 hours and instead got the 3 messages above. Why was I restricted, yet there is nothing in my order history?

I would also like official confirmation that if we have the ticket order in the order history that we are good for those of us that did not receive an email confirmation.

Yep...this was my question. Got all the way to putting credit card info in, so I'm hoping to find myself processed.

how do we know where we stand? on one tab in firefox i got to step 3 and the server crashed, on another i got to step 1 a buncha times and the server crashed and on another i got to checkout before the server crashed.

What about those of us who were able to get thru earlier today, have a charge on my credit card but have no confirmation email and I can't get into my order history to see if the package I ordered is there?
