they must have brought in some good cows this week. i had a strip that was absolutly killer. i said the same thing about it beign one of the best steaks i've ever had.

maiden voyage was a successful one. just went burgers and dogs with some onions and peppers.
but the burgers were oozing with blue cheese that i stuffed in the middle. definite crowd pleaser.
looking forward to getting more crafty this week. got some strips for either tuesday or wednesday night.
grilling season is officially underway boys and girls:thumbup: :thumbup:

that's "espresso.". first choice would have been copper but i would have had to wait a few days longer and i had the family over yesterday. color's no bid deal though.
