    I have no problem with the fan club changing. I think the most current band fan club that can be compared with Pearl Jams is Metallicas with all the boots, etc and their cost is $55 for base and above for upgrades...

    What are you talking about? They didn't put them in place on December 31, they just disabled the renewal function. If people had seen the announcement and renewed en masse with the old system well into the future, it would have created a major problem since that option technically no longer exists. They have this issue to sort out with folks who have already done so and it would have been exponentially worse if they had left the renewal feature up.

    The Ten Club didn't lie to anyone. Again, the mountain of bizarre accusations and insults being lobbed at the band, et al. just because the cost of joining their fan club went up is really depressing.

    Yes, they most definitely did. Plenty of people said so and I myself saw the analog/digital options only in the goods section. And disabling the renew function would be the same thing. They really should have given members more notice. It was the least the could do.

    Good point... although I made my friends when the board was free and I wasn't a member of the 10C ;):D I probably wouldn't have made those friends had there been a price on the board.

    If they were willing to take your money for membership up through 2022, then they had damn well better be willing to hold up their end of that transaction, so yes. If they are not willing to do that, I'd question the legality of it. It should not have been an option if they don't have the intention to honour it.

    i guess ill wait for their answer..here in Greece we say :you have the knife and you have the melon as well..so its up to the 10c..i ll wait ..i hope they deside something fair,i already have an idea,but ill tell them after they answer me.

    i think if you are crazy enough to have already paid up til 2021 and beyond you should be upgraded to analog membership for life(or the life of the band, which i have a feeling will be way before 2021)

    what were ya gonna do when they end it in 2015 or so? ask for your money back??? or are you happy to burn 7 years worth of membership? just wondering is all.

    We would probably get our money back, I guess. I bought up till 2021 two or so year's ago. There was no limit in the goods section on how many year's you can go up to. So it's all good. Just hope we don't get a bill that say's we have to pay 20 bucks each year for those International Member's just to get that shirt in the mail.

    I can't see this band ending any time soon. I got a feeling they will be around for a long time. They are the Rolling Stones of my generation. ;)

    as for the whole matter with this membership issue.i understand people has issues and dont like the idea..and have the right to tell their ideas..i think mail 10c to tell your issues is better than posting only in the forum
    and talking about ideas...maybe is fair to do exept this analog - digital another deal
    exable..the main reason to be in 10c is the 10c tickets..so lets pay per year depending if pj play in your country..
    i pay same money as a member from uk that pearl jam played always when they come to europe and the last 20 years play in Greece just once..so i believe is fair me to pay less than those uk -german-dutch-italian etc fans..
    or pearl jam include Greece every time they tour Europe :lol::lol::lol:
