    besides PJ, that has to be the most craptacular lineup ever.. there is not 1 other single good band playing that whole weekend...

    atleast the comic lineup looks decent.. Brian Poshen and Jim Norton

    not a led zep fan, despise jack white/white stripes/raconteurs...he ranks right up there with Billy Corgan in terms of awful annoying voices

    i guess the only other decent band i'd be able to sit thru is Rilo Kiley

    whats all this about zeppelin?? i thought it was confirmed that they are NOT going to be there despite rumors... someones gotta clear this up for me... at this point, zep being there is the only way i can justify the expense... it still doesnt say theyre playing on the roo site

    LED ZEP IS NNNOOOOTTTT PLAYING!!! that has been confirmed over and over. what you read last night was a hoax and has been confirmed over and over.
    pj should be headlining saturday. other than that, no other decent bands will have reasonable spots. 250 may be a good deal for a festival, but not when you take into account the heat, overcrowding and overall grossness of the people and environment after youve been sweating all day while kanye raps about snakes on a plane.
    metallica has no business being on this bill. niether do half the indie/trendy/hipster bands (dcfc, bss, i&w, etc.). while i like some of them, mtv has taken a weekend of great jam/improv bands that could play 3 hour sets every day (moe., string cheese, phish, etc.) and ruined this festivals identity.
    im NOT ripping into pj! all im saying is on top of the 250, there is traveling money, money lost from taking time off. not to mention daily supplies (water, food, beer, etc.)
    i really hope there are more dates, if not ill wait till 09.
    bottom line is, the bonnaroo ive been waiting to go to for years is officially dead. hopefully mtv doesnt get their hands on langerado next.

    Not to sound ungrateful, but is that it.....That is what you have this place doing handstands for......You didn't tell us anything that hasn't been documented over and over again for the last month or so......All you really did was confirm something it......One of these days you should tell us something we don't know.....Something jaw-dropping for a change......

    oh yes because length designates how good the set is... i can practice my scales for 6 hours too but that wouldnt make it a decent set... a jam should climax a throw punches from different angles... phish could do it better than any jam band... moe. just does not IMO
