I enjoy watching the Yankees win, but seeing them beat up on this terrible O's team almost makes me feel... guilty? Trembley just looks defeated, it's sad to see. And how about Millwood, a veteran guy on such a shitty team, he just looks like he doesn't care anymore.

I really like how the Bombers are swinging the bats right now, though.

Mo's just not hitting the spots as well as he should. Velocity's up there, though.

    What's going on with him?

Not a thing. He actually hit 94, 95 a few times. He seems to go through this every year almost around the same time. Like last year he gave up a bunch of runs in a tie game to Tampa Bay and the whole world wondered what's wrong with him and nothing was.

and your definition of falling behind is 1-0, 2-1? A lot of closers get behind, his high-wire rate is probably among the lowest in the league and certainly much better than some of the closers they've had across the Whitestone Bridge with the Mets. I think you're reading too much into it.

Shitty game but more importantly hope everything is okay with eiland
  • what's up with Eiland? i didn't hear anything? Ok, no more pitching to Bautista....those were BOMBS. Not that Thames is Torii Hunter out there, but he didn't even budge. And that's another thing.....No more Thames in left. DH him, fine. Get that ham handed hack out of the field, burn his glove. And please, no more Moeller. He looked like Randy Winn as a Yankee. If you're gonna whiff every time up, at least CATCH THE BALL

he is taking an indefinite leave from the team. They won't Say why all girardi said is that everything is good between them. Mike Harley is the pitching coach on the meantime.

Agreed on Thames, he should not touch the field.

doubtful, he is struggling so far this year in aaa. I wouldn't throw him into the fire just yet. Maybe a September call up, I doubt earlier though. Can't wait to see him play. Gammons seems to think romine has a better chance at getting called up this year than montero even though he is in aa
