It has no place in a thread about physical abuse, and someone being taken advantage of. Why defend someone who had been so obviously wronged someone else? the first thread was locked because it was railroaded so negatively...and now you are doing the same.

    This thread is about helping a friend in need. Keep on topic.

    I didn't realize I was defending said douche. I thought I brought up a simple fact...that this is going nowhere in the courts. It is not fair...just the truth. I guess I could have joined the many who wanted blood and violence.

    I was in 6th row aisle. I moved up w/security blessing ONLY for YL. People were walking out so they allowed me & my friend to move. This guy was in 200's - I kow who sold him his ticket.

    Ed pointed me out - told me to put my hands out to catch, it was something he wanted me to have - he couldn't give it to me personally b/c there was too much space between us for him to hand it to me. The guy intercepted it and Ed stood there pointing to him saying it was for me until security also came and politely asked the guy to hand it over as it was a gift.

    My friend who I was on the phone with who heard me yelling and saying stop you are hurting me is a witness, She also walked up to me as he was assaulting me - he let go when she yelled and said security was on the way.

    Speedy - you and I have mutal friends and anyone who knows me knows I would NEVER falsely accuse anyone of anything.

    Another girl stepped up and said this same guy followed her into the ladies room in Albany harassing her for a pick that Ed gave her. I wouldn't waste my precious time posting on here if it weren't for the mere fact that I do not want this guy harassing any more innocent women at Pearl Jam shows.

    I wont post his name because that would just cause a whole ton of problems. I am not looking for violence. I am looking for justice and for violent people not to be allowed to be violent again. he will have something on record so if he attempts to do this again he will be held responsible for once.

    Even if I did sneak up to the front row for the whole show it doesnt give a guy the right, to put me in a body lock, bite me and pull my hair like an animal. Not to mention steal the bottle of wine that Ed intended me to have. Let's be reasonable now....

    Come on - it's not that difficult to see what is wrong with this picture.....

    Your quote about going to Detroit and picking up an empty bottle of wine on the street was pretty rude, and sort of insinuated that that was the reason the OP was upset.

    Chill out. Without this thread the OP NEVER would have been able to spread the word and identify this guy. Whats the point of a community if people cant share information and help each other. This thread doesn't need to be locked, if you don't like the thread don't read it.

    This happened at a Pearl Jam concert to a Pearl Jam fan, Ed was even indirectly involved with this. Thankfull there is a forum like this that is extremely active. Hopefully this guy will never be able to do this again thanks to the efforts of the people on this forum.

    To be honest, more and more information comes to me every day because this post remains active.

    I am not sharing all of my info because I cannot. I also don't plan to publically denounce him by name. But every bit of information helps.

    If this post is bothering you, can you just choose not to read it anymore? I appreciate you not wanting it to get out of control, but it has actually done a lot of good by staying active.
