    Ok guys and gals...Our team is down 3-1...but I'm still confident they can bounce back (at least that's what I'm hoping and wishing).

    Just remember 2004 ALCS: down 0-3 and won 4 straight.

    Let's all pray for a successful Game 5 for the Red Sox.

    yeah but it's not the 2004 team. this team doesn't have that spark. nobody seems to be doing much of anything. Everyone is just focusing on papy, manny, lowell, and beckett, and then when they choke we gut nothing. Varitek and Youklis finally seem to be stepping up though.

    that's what I really don't like about baseball- every year it's a different team and they don't care what team they're on as long as they get paid. It's hard to really be a fan of any single player or for the teams to progress in any sort of consistent manner.

    A little sidenote on Kenny Lofton, this is his 11th trip to the playoffs in 13 years.

    Number of World Series won = 0.

    He's a jinx. He was on the Yanks in 04.
