My wife saw a tape of me when I was in hs/college when I was 'in shape' and she damn near put her head through the tv while screaming at the top of her lungs "Who Is That!?!?!?!" "Who Is That?!?!?!" for a minute straight.
Good Lord I have a lot of work to do.I love to turn you on0 -

Hahahahaa the string method?? silly boy! they have a machine for that too!
I like free weights, but for a while I was using a machine for my legs. now I just do extra tension workouts for my legs and butt.
its upper body that I like to maintain. I am fairly strong without being bulky so it works well for me.IF YOU WANT A PLATE OF MY BEEF SWELLINGTON, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THE COVERCHARGE.0 -

CARDIO!!! Thats my biggest downfall. Not doing enough cardio. You have to SWEAT!!! if you want to lose excess baggage.

really cuz I've always done them on lower body day...but this is actually a good idea because I have so much trouble with lower body now I shouldn't add anything to it.
upper body is so fun and easy. the pain is good on upper body...
the pain on lower body makes me want to vomit.0 -
i really need to get fit again.. i used to be able to run to the fridge to get a cold beer... but i need exercise.
i dont want giant muscles or anything, just back to how i felt when i played soccer all the time.oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -
The only downfall to exercise is getting dressed for it, and out the door. Am I the only one that thinks this? Once I'm there the potential for SOARING through the heavens on a glorious runners' high is skyhigh! That's a good reason to do it for me. Unfortunately, I have to GET THERE first. There is no such thing as leftover pizza. There is now pizza and later pizza. - anonymous

I'm usually ok with getting there. I get frustrated while I'm there, get bored, or my stomach bothers me.0 -
